I have tested this adapter with about 20 various brands and capacity hard drives. I verified that the drives were working (with another SATA adapter made by Apricorn) about 18 of the SATA drives that worked using the Apricorn adapter did not work using this adapter. I would not recommend this adapter because of the low compatibility with many common hard drives. (I used HGST, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu and Samsung drives. Interestingly most SSD and 3.5 inch desktop drives worked fine).

5.0 out of 5 stars It is fun for kids, April 18, 2015

This game will keep you laughing so hard. It is fun for kids, it's even more fun for us adults who tend to be too serious and not laugh! A merry heart is good medicine!

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good case and a good price for new Moto X (2014 version), March 13, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Great case - best price for the 2014 model Moto X. Current version has cut outs for microphones. I have a black Moto X and this case looks nice though it is not perfectly clear. With the frosting on the back the case looks medium gray. This case has protected my phone from a couple falls and held up well.

1.0 out of 5 stars Converse cheapens their product, June 1, 2013
These were great shoes until 2010. The new model Jack Purcell is cheaply made compared to the old model. I wish converse would reintroduce the classic Jack Purcells even if they had to charge more.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent phone for the price., October 17, 2012
I have owned this phone for a week now.

Likes: Nice big screen, fairly responsive processor. Ice cream sandwich (Android 4.0) is a good upgrade over my last Gingerbread (Android 2.3) operating system. 5MP Camera is ok but not great in low light. Very thin and light. Fits nicely in pocket. Reasonably priced at $200.

Dislikes - battery life is just okay (I average about 10 hrs with light internet, phone calls and wifi use). Some apps are buggy and crash (for example songs skip while playing music. System is unresponsive at times.) Speaker is a bit quiet and sounds poor with volume turned up full.
Not sure how well ZTE will support this phone with upgrades/patches.

(edit- lowered rating to 3 stars. Since the initial review I have experienced occasional crashes and slow downs. Using this phone is occasionally frustrating but there are few alternatives on Boost. Maybe LG Venice or Samsung Rush are more reliable.)

1.0 out of 5 stars Freeh blows his own horn., February 19, 2012
Its hard to glean much real information from this account - except that Freeh is a self-promoting idealogue who had an axe to grind against Clinton and presided over the worst US intelligence disaster since 9/11. A self confessed techno phobe, Freeh was the worst person to have in the position. But he's a great family man.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not great, July 17, 2011
These are good headphones for the price but the sound is not as good as the reviews here led me to believe. They are well built though the cord is on the long side for me. There are many ear buds included, but none fit me perfectly.
The bass is boomy and the treble is harsh. ( I have been using them for about 40 hours now.) The bass tends to overpower the mids.
I prefer the more balanced sound of some Sony and AKG head phones I have used.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thought provoking horror/court room procedural hybrid, April 18, 2011
The Exorcism of Emily Rose evokes the best of a psychological horror movie in the format of a court room drama. At war are two sides of America (though the events on which this tragic story is very loosely based occurred in Germany) - The fundamentalist Christian America sincerely believes in demon possession as described in the Bible, versus the scientifically minded America that looks to natural explanations for mental disorders. Beyond that this is a great story with excellent acting and spooky cinematography without resorting to shock and gore. Highly recommended as long as you aren't expecting another Exorcist sequel.
In a way, this is a very scary movie, though not in the same way as the Exorcist or a slash film.
(It's interesting to notice that different reviewers do not agree on whether the movie favors the scientific interpretation of events or the spiritual interpretation. I believe the film makers have left it up to the viewer.)

3.0 out of 5 stars An interesting study in Intelligent Design propaganda, February 4, 2011
In some ways this is a very thought provoking movie that has very little to do with the evidence for or against evolution. Ben Stein has succeeded in creating a conspiracy movie about mainstream science's suppression of the "truth" of intelligent design. He elevates the viewers passion against evolution by connecting darwinism and Nazism (with plenty of Third Reich clips and a visit to a WWII era euthanasia hospital). Very little is said about ID or Darwin's theory of evolution. Instead the focus is on the stories of academics who were purportedly denied tenure or career advancements because of their interest in ID. I blame some of the scientists allowing Ben Stein to quote them in a way that confuses the whole argument for evolution (Dawkins especially). The truth is that intelligent design is not a scientific theory in the way that Darwin's theory of evolution. Evolution is useful for explaining the relationships between all life on Earth whereas ID has nothing to say.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fairly good warm sounding speakers, November 22, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I owned these speakers for a few months before upgrading to better bookshelf speakers. I used them with an old NAD 7225PE receiver/amp. I bought them after reading the Cnet review. They have a pleasant warm sound but are lacking in bass and at the high end. There are better bookshelf speakers but not at the $30 price point.
