5.0 out of 5 stars Intense and Informative!!, November 14, 2012
As the editor of this book, I have to say that the author has done a credible job with the topic. Through years and years of expertise in ballistics and blood spatter, Sherry Fiester gives us something else to consider. This title is based on factual and scientific information that has been carefully analyzed and considered. What other title, of competence, is out there on the market that analyzes angles, spatter patterns from an expert who has been certfied as such in courts throughout the nation.

I have read and reread ALL the material in this book, of course, and it baffles my imagination that no one has tried to tackle this subject matter before Sherry. Of course, it may have been because there really was no one else out there with the qualifications in ballistics and blood spatter!

All researchers of the JFK assassination owe it to themselves to pick up this title and learn something. To pick up this title and consider this viewpoint. None of us should consider shutting out any idea and ignoring any possibility.

One thing that is impressive about Sherry's book is that she addresses the myths of the assassination. From a forensic viewpoint, she asks several questions, i.e. Did the limosine really stop? Does the trajectory analysis show where the head shot originated? Did the Dallas Police follow standard police procedure? Can forensics prove a frontal shot beyond a shadow of a doubt? For the answers to these questions, and more, pick up the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars TrineDay and Bain: What a Combination!, November 13, 2012
As I have written many times, TrineDay is the most important book publisher in the nation today! Its products take on a nature that scare many other publishers away. But, not TrineDay. TrineDay is a publisher every Amercian should know about!

This title deals with 9/11 and does not disappoint a reader.

9/11 has bred a lot of conspiracy theories, and whether or not you believe the government deliberately killed 3,000 people, Bain and TrineDay gives you a new look into the events of the days.

Probably, one of the most important points, Bain makes is his statement that government employees, or representatives, are as clueless as the average citizen is when it comes to the way the government works, and the forces at work to subvert it! Wow!

Bain, does step out of bounds, though. He takes the easy road and places blame on the Freemasons and the Illuminati. And, others! The Freemasons support Shriners Hospitals, Scottish Rite Hospitals, the Templar Eye Foundation and is nothing more than a fraternity in America. For those who say otherwise, baloney. I know of a 97 year old retired USAF pilot who could barely walk and cannot overthrow the government or anything else. But, Bain is not the only one who chooses to blame Freemasons. Lots of writers do this! And, it's the easy way out. It's incorrect!

This is an excellent title, but the author does dapple in magic and politics in the same thread. The Kabbalah?

If you can get by the mysticism and pull out the valuable parts of this book, you will see the value in the price you paid for it AND you will see some insights into a subject matter that continues to raise questions to this day. And, why not have an open mind and read and study and research and ponder and...

5.0 out of 5 stars Been a Long Time Waiting!, November 6, 2012
The subject of this title, George de Mohrenschildt, is a subject that few people (if any) have attempted to write a thesis about. de Mohrenschildt, being a major player in the JF assassination role has virtually been ignored - until now! Trine Day, has now stepped up to the plate, along with Joan Mellen.

What a terrific combination! TrineDay and Joan Mellen!

Joan Mellen, and her extensive determination, gives us a very valuable look at de Mohrenschildt! And, boy is it good! And, welcome! Just as she has done with her Garrison title, Marilyn Monroe expose, and many other non-fiction titles, Mellen does a superb job of letting us know a little more about George. And, face it, we've been waiting a long time.

Joan, who I spoke with about the book a week ago, uses a lot of expertise from people who I know to be able and competent information sources, i.e. Gordon Winslow and Gaeton Fonzi, who just passed away.

One of the great things about this title is Joan's look at De Mohrenschildt and his CIA connections. Every JFK researcher knows about his CIA connections, but until now, we never knew the extent. Joan takes care of that.

Was George Oswald's CIA handler? Did George really look after Lee and Marina when they came back from the U.S.S.R.? Did George have other CIA connections?

This is Joan Mellen at her best. And, this is TrineDay at its best. What a combination! When you finish this title and then lick your chops, check out the many other great titles TrineDay puts out! Man, you won't believe the titles and the nerve it has!

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting Notions in This Title!, October 29, 2012
This book is a collection of essays that include all kinds of disciplines - looking for answers for ancient wisdom questions. Kreisberg introduces us to, what some can call a strange notion of ideas.

Ancient ancestors? Were they really primitive? Possessors of modern science ideas, philosophy and spirituality?

This title builds upon Kreisberg's previous title, Lost Knowlede of the Ancients. For example, was there an ancient monastery in Afghanistan called, the Sarmoun Darq? The beehive? The collectors of honey?

In conclusion, Kreisberg gives us a new body of work that seeks to study old rituals and mediation techniques to bring us new meanings to these ancient beliefs and deep understandings of esoteric secrets. He argues that our very salvation may depend on uncovering these secrets and truths and that all this is the basis why Western civilization sends out missionaries to save and educate savage peoples. Hmmm. Interesting notion, huh?

Interesting read, if this is your cup of tea. But, Kreisberg may want you study them before you mix up a cup.

4.0 out of 5 stars Huh? What's This?, October 26, 2012
This review is from: New York Sessions (Audio CD)
This title seems to have two different, or more, front covers. There are two discs. The second one is full of Jim Croce! What in the hell is this? The Croce stuff is good; but it's not Van Morrison! What in the hell is going on?

5.0 out of 5 stars The Tricks and Tips are Priceless!, October 23, 2012
Stern has given us a title that is very useful. From an iPod to iTunes, the author shows you how to use and iPod with both Mac and a PC. He also shows you how to turn your iPod into an FM radio station. Wow!

The author also shows you how to replace your battery on your iPod all by yourself! Hidden music files are uncovered, too! Remote control desired? This too! Read email, books and other stuff on your iPod, too.

What I especially like are his Hacks 50-71 concerning using iTunes. There are all kinds of tricks that make your use of iTunes, which is growing daily, rise up to the max. He also tells you how to find good lyric websites, etc. Wow, how nice it is to import lyrics into your iTunes songs!

One of the things I really like is his tip on how to add album artwork that iTunes says it cannot find. It's on page 235.

I mean, this is just a neat title!

4.0 out of 5 stars An Interesting Title!, October 16, 2012
Ever wondering what grows in the heart of the human spirit? Well, more than 200 millennia years ago, the high angel Lucifer revolted among the angelic hierarchy which led to the quarantine of 37 planets. Now, these days, these rebel angels are being welcomed back into a caring multiverse, according to Timothy Wyllie. Another rebel angel, Georgia, came to Earth to watch. Anyway, if you follow this type of New Age Spirituality, this title is for you. It's clearly written and written for those who enjoy this subject. Wyllie says there are more than 90 million rebel angels. Now, how does he come up with all this? Well, he claims it global consciousness and wondrous destiny.

This title is definitely for the few who enjoy such subject matter. It's worth the read if you are into this stuff. The publisher has invested in Wyllie's topic because it believes his topic is noteworthy. Wyllie thanks his "angelic team", his two companion angels and Zophiel and Zadkiel, whoever they are.

5.0 out of 5 stars Have a Sony Digital Camera? Or Specifically a SLT-A77?, September 30, 2012
This is a title that shows a reader the unique characteristics of the SLt-a77 by Sony.

With this title, you'll learn how to get exceptional photographs and videos. Manual or automatic modes? You'll also learn something about: dynamic range adjustment, aperture-priority, shutter-priority, sweep panoramas, GPS technology, colorization modes and many other things.

Third party software titles are not left out here, at all. Viewfinders, mirrors and shutter designs are also dealt with in this title, and rightfully so.

For the price of this title, rocynook gives you one good book on this fine camera. Now, how many of you out there have this camera?

5.0 out of 5 stars Another Missing Manual Gem!, September 30, 2012
The Missing Manual series has been putting out titles that complement whatever topic, or field, it involves an author with. They are all good, and I challenge anyone to show me one that's not.

Chris Grover's book is certainly a great addition to the series. Animation! His book teaches you how to make drawings wiht Animate's tools, or art designed in other programs. The reader will learn how to work with text, menus, label buttons, triggers and many other things he/she needs to know to create animated graphics for an iPhone, iPad and the Web. Wow, it really is pretty easy to read and use.

The author also shows you how to build HTML5 graphics with Adobe visual tools, even if you have no programming experience! This alone is worth the price of this title!
