5.0 out of 5 stars WOW, this figure is the bee's knees........wow that was lame., February 3, 2010

Lemme start off by saying you NEED TO BUY THIS FIGURE IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A FAN OF LOST. John Locke is probably one of the most important characters on the show, so any person looking to buy some memorobelia for the show, i would definatly recoment either picking up Locke or Jack. This figure comes with the best likeness on any figure i have ever seen. It is uncanny. It also has the best use of accesories, the water bottle(with realistic bubble in the center) and one of Locke's signiture knives. Get this...that is all.

5.0 out of 5 stars Now THIS is a LOST figure!, February 3, 2010
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
Jack,Jack,Jack. At first when i only had enough money to buy only one figure i had to choose between Jack,Charlie and Locke....I went with my favorite character on the show....Jack(duh). Boy that was a great decision. Not only does this figure have one of the best liknesses in the LOST series,(third only to Locke and Eko) but it also has the most posability(he can move his arms up and down!!!yay!)His feet slide into the displaybase(which is also cool) via some plastic bar, it could probably break easily so watch out. This is a MUST HAVE figure for any LOST fan, whereas characters like Kate,Sun,Shannon and Jin dont really need to be bought characters like Locke,Jack,Eko and Sawyer are must buys, because of their importance to the show. GET THIS FIGURE.

4.0 out of 5 stars LOST action figures series 1 Kate Austen, February 3, 2010
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
I want to start this review by saying that LOST is the best show to air on television in a loooooong time, possibly ever. My obsesion grew when i heard about the LOST figures. I of course thought that a line of articulated figures were going to be made, but in a way these are better. They shouldnt have named them "action figures" because they have litle to no articulation, which limits the amount of "action" you can display in the figure. But these are meant to sit on your desk, and impress co-workers,family members and friends with their awesomeness. This Kate figure, isnt the best of the 1st wave. But however if you love LOST as much as i do,then you will probably pick the figure up anyway. The likeness is probably one of the most confusing i have ever seen, sometimes Kate looks like Evangeline Lily and others she doesnt at all. But again, this does not matter for a true LOST fan. I would pass on the figure if you arent a die-hard LOST fan, but i you want it still, or are a fan of Kate/Evangeline Lily, then definatly pick this up

i love this figure. i was at first wary of playing with this figure, but upon actually getting it, i am relieved to be able to say that this figure is good for both collectors and people who play with their figs.( i do both). First off, lemme say that this figure has one of the best liknesses on any figure ive seen, angel looks exactly like David Boreanaz. the only wierd thing about this fig is that angel's hands are really small, like, freakishly small. so small they cant hold a single one of his accesories. the sword either cant fit or fits too loosley depending on how you have him hold it.and the smallers accesories i dont think can fit in anybodies hands. the base for the figure is pretty neat also. the wolfram and hart was a nice touch. the accesories are pretty episode specific. i watched episodes over and said "oh look its the thing the figure came with" i was impressed with the level of detail. pick this fig up if you love buffy/angel, or maybe even if you like david boreanaz's character on bones. it could double as a Seeley Booth figure, lol.

1.0 out of 5 stars once again mcfarlne goes for scult rather that quality, December 22, 2009
= Durability:1.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
this figure broke the minute i opened it. I had to superglue his hand back on his arm. Mcfarlne has always seemed to care more about how the figure looks(lost, halo, spawn) and just doesnt give a crap about articulation, on their lost figures i didnt care becuase i like displaying them. But on a line like "halo" where some poepple might want to recreate some epic battles thats no good when you are trying to put a gun in the rookies hand it is freaking falls off. i had no problems with any other halo figs, but this is just horrible. With this figure breaking and the cancellation af the 3rd wave of lost figures, i think i am done with the manufacturer

5.0 out of 5 stars a great set of minimates, June 6, 2009
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars

i was expecting just just LIKE these minifigs, but once i opened them up i found that i LOVE them. from the abundance of weapons down to the detail on the faces these are great figs. the best in the set is obviously assault armour punisher, with jigsaw in second place. but that does not mean that frank castle and looney bin jim are bad figures they too are great. i strongly recomend picking these up

Marvel Minimates 2-Pack Wolverine and Magneto Exclusive
Marvel Minimates 2-Pack Wolverine and Magneto Exclusive

5.0 out of 5 stars the best magneto minimate yet!, June 2, 2009
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
if you are looking for a good magneto minimate to add to your collection, look no further. dont pick up the x-men box set with the movie, dont pick up the xavier and magneto 2 pack. PICK UP THIS 2 PACK. these minimates have very great detail, from magneto's facial hair all the way down to wolverines boots. with the added feature of being able to remove magneto's helmet and give him scruffy looking hair this is the ultimate magneto minimate. theres nothing to say about wolverine really(i'm sure you already have about a bazillion variations of him).

Iron Man Movie Minimates Set of 8, includes Chase Mark II
Iron Man Movie Minimates Set of 8, includes Chase Mark II

4.0 out of 5 stars a very good line of minimates, May 28, 2009
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
these are very good NOT great minimates. the only things i have problems with is: ironmans hands keep falling off, this is present in both mark 3 and mark 2 suits, ironmongers helmet keeps falling off, and lastly the thing that hurt this set the most was the masks on iroman, why oh why did the face on the helmet have to be removable? i mean really it it stuck on by very flimsy pegs. this is a very ridiculous feature that they just added so you can see tony starks face while still wearing he helmet. once i lost this face piece because it is so loose. these figures are great for dispalying not for playing/
