5.0 out of 5 stars 'Universal Stop' technique - Please ask the author to consider adding it in future editions, March 1, 2014
You will find many techniques useful in the astral.

I hereby ask the author and readers to consider adding the 'Universal Stop' technique I have been using with good results in future edition of this book or books of related subject.

"Sometimes it may happen in an astral or dream reality that you are not being able to control or stop something that is becoming a bit much and overwhelming. This may be a sound that is becoming too loud, a light that is becoming too bright or something that is becoming too hot, for instance. Basically, it can be any kind of sensory experience that is becoming difficult to stop and control. Something that is getting out of your hand and out of control. That is when you can use this simple technique, called the 'universal stop' technique. The more we use this technique and the more ancient it becomes the more effective and paramount it will turn out to be, naturally, as it gets to be more reinforced as an universal symbolism.
It is simple: you reach any door handle or locking mechanism and tap it three times with any two of your fingers, just make sure you are using two fingers to tap it. They can be two fingers of the same hand or not. They could even be fingers from your feet. That is fine, as long as you are using two fingers and you know that you are using two fingers, it is fine. So you touch the door handle or locking mechanism, it can be any thing that can be thought of as a door or locking mechanism, it could even be the the door of a fridge, of a oven, or of any kind of machine or mechanism that is particularly easy to reach and/or meaningful in that context, like a CD/DVD deck that can be opened and closed or any other door or locking mechanism, for that matter. Usually is always easy to look for a door, so that is what you should bear in mind: to reach a door and be able to tap its handle or locking mechanism with two fingers - just make sure it is very clear you are using mainly two fingers, that there is no doubt two fingers are being particularly pictured in the scene, and that you use them to tap the door closing mechanism.
Tap it three times and then say or think "Ha ha ha". Do this sound three times, aspirating the 'h'. Ha ha ha. It could be like laughing or just the sound.
So you tap the door mechanism three times with two fingers, then you say 'ha ha ha', then you tap the sensory part that you want to shut with those same two fingers, pretty much in the same way, you tap it three times, and say again or think the sound 'ha ha ha'. And you keep doing it.
Alternating between: Tapping the door mechanism three times with two fingers Saying 'Ha ha ha' Tapping three times with the same two fingers the sensory door you want to shut: could be your eyes, your ears, your nose, or anything related to your sensory perception that you think should be shut: could be a chakra for instance. Or anything, for that matter, that is particularly connected to the thing you want to shut or be able to control.
It is simple.
Tap three times the door mechanism with two fingers. Use the sound 'Ha ha ha'. Tap three times the sensory door of the thing you want to shut. Keep alternating between these three...
Usually, you would use your index finger and middle finger of the right hand. That seems to work fine for someone dexterous, but feel free to use the two fingers that you think will make it more clear. If you want to shut a loud sound may seem better to use the index finger of each hand to tap the door mechanism and your ears three times.
Try to put it simple, using your intent to make the three steps mentally clear and striking. Keep doing it and alternating between the three steps until you achieve the desired outcome to shut the sensory perception that you want to."

Please consider this review helpful in order that more people read this review and learn about this technique, that will be useful to anyone that finds this book a true treasure, as I do, indeed.

5.0 out of 5 stars A labour of love, January 29, 2008
I picked up back on Ch.4 after the bus station stop. Very well done, Charles. A labour of love, indeed, very well crafted. I still don't know if Thevenin's theorem is for pure calculation purposes of being. The two parallel puzzle bc. Exit

5.0 out of 5 stars What Osho are you looking for?, July 5, 2003
I can't say in a thousand words what Osho means to me. I would say that Osho is a being that touches the unbelievable.
What you must understand is that Osho talks to a multitude of different kinds of minds and so it is difficult to say which book on him is a good start.
In some readings he explains is approach and methods, in others he just brainwash all your assumptions and false beliefs.
In this book he uncovers the secrets of being born as someone that needs intuition as a way to unlock the confusing tricks of our mind and knowledge.
In other books he talks on intimacy, courage, old religions, traditions and ways of knowledge and plainly explains how to step into the unkown.
And the unkown is not the unknowable, you have to set your mind and your thoughts in a way that whatever you will ever know is mental and cognitive. You are the necessary bondage and the unique reality. And Osho ultimatly makes you think and act for yourself out of inner freedom. You can find it to have more weight or more lightness but the BEING is the same, and his words just make you cool down to abundance.
It makes you think in so many different ways and also gives place to an essence that is not the ego, the false personality produced by external circunstances. In spite of ego he lifts you alone with existence and with your uniqueness and inner freedom.
Celebrate light! Dance with Life!

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best books I ever read, May 22, 2000
This is really a good book. It gives a very lucid explanation on how amazing intelligence and psychic abilities can be. It covers a lot of material and is written with an holographic overtone. Learn how to awake from hypnosis - as it were a sugar cube in your hands.
