So much more than a workout book!

The workouts are great, definitely challenging! ... I had to learn to pace myself so that I could last the 16 minutes! The workouts are nice and diverse, but there's still a clear pattern, and I like that they get progressively more challenging every week. And best of all, they're fun, you can do them at home with a bunch of friends.
The book itself is worth the read. The author has a great humor and he backs up his claims with scientific papers. I especially like his take on nutrition. It's a fast read too!
