5.0 out of 5 stars Best Sci-Fi show on TV since X-Files, January 28, 2012
This review is from: Fringe: Season 4 (DVD)
Have Fringe seasons 1-3 on DVD and currently dvr season 4 episodes. This is intelligent television. Plots are unique, FBI cases are super sci-fi in nature, characters are well developed and the dialogue is top notch! John Noble is brilliant as Walter in each universe, as is the rest of the cast. I cannot wait until Season 4 is released on dvd.

4.0 out of 5 stars What a surprisingly awesome movie!, January 28, 2012
This review is from: Attack the Block (DVD)
We had no expectations that this would be anything other than a B-film (like Skyline or Cloverfield) but surprizingly Attack the Block was really good! The action starts minutes into the film, it is well acted and the aliens are unique and creepy. It features an ensemble of quirky, likeable characters. It combines plenty of plot twists and surprises. There is humor, suspense, and loads of action that keep you interested all the way to the end. Loads of fun to watch!

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed, January 28, 2012
This review is from: Rango (DVD)
Enjoyed Johnny Depp movies, until this one. Although the animation is top notch in quality, it is wasted on boring desert scenery and a dusty western town. Watched it with the entire family and all were disappointed that the plot moved too slow and the characters never developed enough to care about any of them. Save your money and rent it first...

This review is from: Fringe: Season 3 (DVD)
Fringe Season 3 expands the coexistence of our universe with the alternate one as patterned events create anomalies in both of them. The pattern events are very creative and the interaction between the characters as they attempt make sense of these weird events makes for fun and exciting viewing.

This review is from: Fringe: Season 2 (DVD)
Fringe Season 2 continues with very inventive scripts and over the top strange patterned events. It is the most unique show on TV. I can't say enough about the brilliance of this series. Intelligent and entertaining is an understatement when it comes to Fringe.

5.0 out of 5 stars Little Britain is worth it!, July 28, 2011
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Purchased the Little Britain series after watching "Come Fly With Me" this summer on BBC America...now I am hooked!
The colorful characters created by genius comedy duo David Walliams and Matt Lucas are priceless...hilarious, irreverent, naughty and extremely politically incorrect from the 1st minute to the last episode. The skits last about 3 minutes each and characters rotate throughout each episode appearing a few times. Even the narrator says quirky things.

If you enjoy the irreverent humor of American shows like, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," then you will enjoy Little Britain. So glad it is subtitled as some characters speak so fast (like Vicky Pollard).
