4.0 out of 5 stars a good one, July 30, 2012
This review is from: Meet Monica Velour (DVD)
A nice sleeper comedy. Some fine performances, especially from the "Stars" Cattrall and Dennehy. It deals with the sex industry, so it can be pretty raunchy, but it has great spirit and its heart is in the right place. An enjoyable and sometimes very funny/sometimes very moving movie.

1.0 out of 5 stars Lame. Possibly hazardous. Save your money..., February 13, 2012
This review is from: WHO KNEW? ALMANAC (Hardcover)
Very repetitious.

The answer to every third or fourth common household problem? White Vinegar...

A few decent ideas, but you've got to sift through a lot of poorly written and often misspelled hints.

Some hints are missing key words and remain a mystery.

Some hints are flat-out dangerous and go against manufacturer's instructions, such as the hint that recommends reducing interference by covering your stacked electronics (DVD player, VCR, Cable Box, etc...)with individual sheets of tin foil! These items are vented for a reason and may burn out or burn up if one were to follow this advice...

Disappointing and potentially dangerous.
