5.0 out of 5 stars Egg Baby, January 14, 2015
This review is from: Egg Baby (App)
Egg Baby is a great game, I would pay at least 2 or 3 dollars for this game. The only
Thing I don't like is having to pay 2 dollars for another yard For only 6 more eggs.
And having to pay 100 dollars to buy a gold egg. But everything else is great.
Like Naming your egg and the surprise of what it will hatch to be.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love this game, August 22, 2014

I love this game. On the surface it seems like a simple game, but there are a lot of facets to be discovered. The friend option can be very helpful. There are also pieces that you collect that you combine into collections. The collection awards you talismans. These talisman keep you from getting stuck in the game.
My only two wishes are that there would be some kind of tutorial to make the learning curve a little less steep in the beginning, and the update comes soon! Can't ask for better puzzles for free

3.0 out of 5 stars Misleading., April 6, 2014

We are a Roku family, with more than half-dozen different roku devices from various generations on various televisions in the house... but with that said, I really feel that the television resolution claims made by Roku for these devices are misleading.
This particular device, the 3rd generation "Roku 1", is actually a 27xx device (all 3rd generation devices were 3xxx, the "roku 3" is 4xxx). This means that although Roku claims 1080p resolution, Netflix will be quick to tell you that they only stream 720p to 27xx Roku devices; they just don't have the muscle for 1080p Netflix.

Worse, this device only has two outputs: miserable composite video (480i) and HDMI (480p/720p/1080p). If you don't have an HDMI input on your television, then save your money and go with the LT since it also has a composite output.
Am I the only one missing the additional outputs that existed on the earlier devices? Used 1st gen devices seem to be the highest quality image available from Roku without HDMI.

When I did the real math, I found that devices like this one don't actually provide more functionality than the LT, while making deceiving claims and costing more money.

I enjoyed part one and two of this game. The controls are very easy to use, it is just the right level of difficulty. Another plus is an easy to use help feature to get you past and stumps. I just wish it would have been longer.

1.0 out of 5 stars STOP! Doesn't fit T41/T42!, September 4, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Despite what the item description says, this item does NOT fit a T41/T42 thinkpad. Be warned! Purchasing this item was a complete waste of time for me, because I needed a charger for my T42. I'm noticing that Ebay is a lot better than Amazon 3rd party sellers when it comes to listing accuracy.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works!, May 9, 2013
My father used this unit on his roadtrip to the grand canyon, running 5w exciter with his FT-817. He reported a solid 50w output on SSB and great reports. Unit seems solid and held up well. Take the other reviewer who was working PSK31 with a grain of salt, those 100% duty cycle modes should only be operated through amplifiers that you know will handle it. The description specifically states that if running FM or SSTV (or PSK31) then you should lower the input power to 2.5w or 1w. I doubt that the other reviewer was running his with 1w exciter. Stick to regular CW (actual dits and dahs) or SSB and it should be fine. This amplifier is a great deal, much cheaper than the real yaesu version.

This thing is built very cheaply and is fragile. The fan has a tendency to want to make a lot of noise and I only bought it a few days ago. Lots of very careful positioning seems to keep the noise away _for now_. In the meantime, I'll buy a different fan from somebody else.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great barlow for Celestron 21024, September 29, 2010
I picked up a Celestron 21024 3" tabletop reflector, hoping to get my feet wet in backyard astronomy. The scope actually turned out quite nice, but with its short focal length, the effective magnifications even with a 4mm eyepiece were pretty low. I tried some other barlow eyepieces, none of them would even focus.
The Celestron Omni barlow worked great on that telescope, and I was actually able to make out the bands on jupiter using the barlow, a 12.5mm plossl, and the celestron 21024. I was pretty surprised. If you have the celestron 21024, you'll want this barlow.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great!, March 13, 2006

If your printer doesn't pick-up the paper anymore, this is exactly what you need. It really works! Certainly cheaper than a new printer. However, keep it away from your print heads. If it's an inket that uses the cartridge as the head (like a deskjet) then simply remove your ink cartridges.
