If you hate the United States, you will love this movie. It's the same garbage that Hollywood has been churning out for a long time. True to typical Hollywood form, the great enemy is the United States government. Some sinister politicians decide that innocent villagers in a foreign country simply must be slaughtered in order for an oil extraction deal to move ahead. Of course the US military happily does the job. A massive cover-up ensues bringing our poor, reluctant hero (Mark Wahlberg) into the fray to make everything right. After battling the US military and killing the evil politicians, the world is happy again and the great satan (the US) is given a good bloody nose. I gave this movie two stars simply because it started out good when Mark Wahlberg's character waxes some enemy fighters with his sniper rifle. It's interesting how people can have such contempt for the free country that gives them the right to say what they want and the soldiers who spill their guts and die face down in the mud to keep them free. Please don't support socialist/elitist propaganda by buying this movie.
