4.0 out of 5 stars Powerful Blender, April 5, 2012
Have had the blender for 3 months and have mixed many drinks! From protein shakes to milkshakes and veggy drinks etc. It crushes ice very nicely. I too have had a very small "leak" near the bottom but really nothing that hinders the mixing. The cleanup couldn't be easier, just rinse out and wipe the area that has the 1 or 2 leaky drips while you're cleaning up. Very happy with this unit vs all the others I have had over the years. I'd buy it again no question. 4 stars because of the TINY leak. Others look funky or with seemingly cool options (like heating? wtf?) but this one is a work horse and worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars All Fired Up Over The Torch, October 28, 2010
I have had the pleasure of using a Blackberry device since the first Blackberry was launched. As a long time Blackberry user, I have found that I simply cannot get away from their product, nor do I want to. For a short period I had an iPhone but I could not get used to the keyboard. Every time I needed to write a long email I wanted to hit it with a hammer.

Blackberry is simply the best for a business person or someone who needs to be typing on it all day. The keyboard on the Torch took a day to get used to vs the Curve but that was it. Here are a couple things I like about the Torch:

1. Actual keyboard for those long e-mails.
2. On screen keyboard for those quick texts or silent typing
3. Calendar - always simple, just start typing by the time of day and you're done.
4. Better camera (Not iPhone 4 good, but good)

There are many other additions to the Torch, but the simple fact is its a work horse phone plain and simple. If you want games and such, grab a new iPod. I still have my iPhone and will use it for messing around but I will always go to a Blackberry for work. Blackberry means business and iPhone and Android are there for wasting time (Not all apps of course are time wasters, but who can resist when you have Angry Birds just one click away?)

Grab the new Torch, you wont be disappointed.

Sirius SUB-X1 Universal Plug 'n' Play Boombox
Sirius SUB-X1 Universal Plug 'n' Play Boombox
12 used & new from $99.00

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Sound - Great Price, September 3, 2008
Just bought the boombox a week ago and am very happy with it so far. The sound is very clear and the bass is surprisingly tight. Those of you who are complaining about not having reception, satellites are way up in the sky! SPACE actually! Much like the GPS you own, or satellite TV you watch, it needs a way of linking to them. If you want to listen in an office, go online and listen there. This is not for a dark room with no windows. Expect to have the antenna either outside or up against a window for sure. This has plenty of sound for the price and I assure you, you wont be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars I'm Impressed!, December 29, 2005
Ok, we are in a world of flat screens now - the only problem with that is you will need a second mortgage to afford them. Enter the Toshiba 61" Cinema Series. The quality is great! The picture can be viewed from almost all angles and not just front and centre. Using the on screen menu system couldn't be simpler. The remote lights up which is very nice. Its 4:3 which means no fish eye or stretched pictures (how can people stand this?) and the sound is fantastic - no need for a surround system. Save your money - purchase a set like this for a great experience. Grab a nice progressive scan DVD player with the money you saved!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Phone - Great Price, December 29, 2005
Well, Panasonic seems to be the cordless of choice. For the price, others cant touch the quality. I used to spend my money on the really cheap cordless phones, but even after charging them properly, they would die all too soon. After talking to many sales people they all recommended the Panasonic. Its easy to use and full of useful options. Calling to receive messages remotely is a snap, plus you can listen to messages from the handset instead of the base if need be. Go buy this - you wont be disappointed.
