5.0 out of 5 stars A refreshing Ravenwolf read, July 5, 2003
It's nice to see Silver Ravenwolf write something besides how to books. The spells in this nifty little volume range from extremely easy to a little more difficult and covers just about everything you may need magickal protection for.

5.0 out of 5 stars The legends of yesteryear, July 5, 2003
This is an amazing book. I wasn't so much interested in the life of Harry Traver, but the legendary coasters he built. Too bad there aren't any of them around today. I have heard the stories of the great rides they were and my grandparents actually got to ride the legendary Crystal Beach Cyclone. A fabulous peek at the great coasters of days gone by.

3.0 out of 5 stars Could have been better., July 5, 2003
As a member of the American Coaster Enthusiasts, this was the first book I ever bought purely on roller coasters. It tells a fairly accurate history of the roller coaster and, state by state, lists the major coasters (at the time it was published) in the United States. I was disappointed that some of the smaller parks and their coasters were left out. But overall a fairly good book for the coaster enthusiast.

5.0 out of 5 stars The history of CP, July 5, 2003
I am a big fan of Cedar Point and this book tells the history all the way back to before the amusement era. The roller coaster capitol of the world started as a small amusement park with just a water slide and this book plots it's history through the beginning, the depression, the 50's and 60's all the way up to the 90's. It's so interesting to find out the history of some of the most popular amusement parks and this one is one of the best I've ever read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Makes it easy to tap your psychic centers, July 5, 2003
This review is from: You Are Psychic! (Paperback)
This book is awesome! The methods used to tap your psychic awareness are so simple. For example, picture a funnel coming out of the top of your head to tap your psychic intuition. It makes it so simple while other books make it complex and confusing. I definitly reccomend this book to anyone who doesn't want to spend hours trying to concentrate on mindmush.

5.0 out of 5 stars A movie that will make you think, July 5, 2003
This review is from: Flowers in the Attic (DVD)
This movie was really great although I liked the book better. Makes you wonder how a mother could do something so cruel to her children for money. Louise Fletcher is great as the grandmother, a really creepy woman. And Kristy Swanson is wonderful as Cathy, a strong willed teenager. I like the ending to the movie better than the book. You could say the mother gets what is coming to her, a well deserved end.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great interactive way to the tarot, July 5, 2003
This review is from: Tarot Magic (CD-ROM)
This software is the bomb! I love it! Why buy a bunch of different tarot decks when you can have them on your computer? It has like 11 different decks to choose from and an assortment of different spreads to use as well as phrases to help you construct your questions.
You can print out your readings or save them into a folder and has genral meanings as well as positional meanings for the different cards. Works just as well as physical decks and can help you learn the tarot at the same time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Animals from a magickal point of view, July 5, 2003
This book is divided into several sections, each section contains a different class of animal. It tells about the different types of energy each animal has and how to use that energy in magickal workings as well as the messages they have for us. Sometimes we cannot work with the physical animal itself so we have to work with them on the astral plain, ie meditation. They are always there to help us out, we just have to stop and pay attention to what they have to tell us. A great book for a shaman or a witch, DJ Conway has done it again. She is such a great author.
