3.0 out of 5 stars From great to sloppy... fun, shallow read but would not count on accuracy, January 4, 2015
This book is in some places well-written and interesting and in others so sloppy in research and nomenclature that it loses all credibility. At the speed which O'Reilly/Dugard are pushing out these "Killing" books an investment in a good editor would have been useful. Some reviewers have noted that this is less a story about Patton and more a compilation of tales about various other historical figures - and they are correct. This book is in many respects just a poorly threaded together set of stories that really have no connection to Patton and certainly do not in aggregate set out any meaningful theory or suggest that Patton was more likely killed than simply died in an accident.

2.0 out of 5 stars Waste of time and money, July 10, 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Boring and poorly put together. Almost painful. Two stars only because concept is great. But major failure in execution.May be one of few books tossed before complete reading.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not a worthwhile purchase - would help if they worked..., July 10, 2014
Highly disappointed. Bought three units. Only one works, which simply confirmed that I can properly install these. Not ready for marketplace and hurts reputation of Belkin.

2.0 out of 5 stars Probation right now; see if GPS gets necessary fix., August 14, 2013
GPS has failed, and this is apparently widespread problem. This feature was driving force on decision to buy this over iPad Mini. First Android device, and not a good start. Back to the store shortly if no fix from Google.

1.0 out of 5 stars Someone gave this to me..., June 23, 2013
Someone gave this to me, and once read I decided that it was not a gift at all but rather a passing of garbage. This so-called author thinks he is exposing the rich as criminals, but he instead is exposing himself as a tool of big government. Waste of time, and if you buy it yourself, a terrible waste of money.

Schwinn 240 Recumbent Exercise Bike
Schwinn 240 Recumbent Exercise Bike

5.0 out of 5 stars Well made, and terrific customer service., January 18, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This unit was delivered with damage to the packaging that resulted in the shroud over the flywheel being cracked and broken in several places. The other components were intact and the bike is solidly built, with high quality components and cosmetically well finished. The instructions for assembly were outstanding. On the damaged shroud, the customer service at Nautilus was outstanding. They were very responsive and promptly ordered replacement part and also provided the tools necessary to make the fix.

1.0 out of 5 stars Junk, and dangerous, December 24, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This unit is poorly designed and poorly made. It does go together easily and the finish was fine (black paint covered everything evenly and did not scratch off if handled with moderate care), but the steel used is thin and the hardware of mediocre quality. Worse, it is narrow, resulting in inherent instability. Unit was placed to minimize instability but it still failed when the feet on one side bent (thin steel and poor hardware) and a nearly full load of wood fell over, almost on the person adding a few logs.
Not suitable for even medium duty use and product liability case waiting to happen. Possibly adequate as decorative unit or to stage small number of logs (could use 4' version) nearer to fireplace, but not suitable as advertised -

"8-foot wood rack; stores nearly cord of wood
Keeps firewood stable, safe, and off of the ground away from dampness and bugs
Made of strong tubular steel for optimal durability and support
Includes all hardware for easy assembly; weatherproof powder coating resists rust
Measures 96 by 48 inches to fit on porch, deck, under eaves"

No way suitable for cord of wood - maybe balsa.
"stable, safe" - neither - in fact had this fallen over with a child rather than the adult who was next to it and able to jump out of the way a trip to the hospital was in the works.
"strong tubular steel for... durability and support" - did not last one loading so any claim of strong and durable is stretch.
Yes, all hardware in package, not hard to assemble and coating was fine.
Yes, 96 by 48 inches, but problem is that it is narrow, meaning it will tip over. Keep kids away from this.

1.0 out of 5 stars Painfully boring and inaccurate., December 2, 2012
Well a thorough waste of time and paper remedied only by good decision to stop self-inflicted injury to brain cells by putting it down. Give me a real historian please rather than PC drivel.
