Philip Kerr is a real pro with superb knowledge about the German history during the Hitler era. Coupled with that and his ability to write about a fictional detective and his trials makes this a great read.

1.0 out of 5 stars Kindle Fire Manual - don't buy it, April 17, 2012

This is the worst instruction manual I have ever seen. It is absoluley worthless as far as teaching a new owner to work with a Kindle Fire. I suggest that a new Kindle Fire owner, not buy this manual - it is worthless.

I love my new Kindle, and with each usage getting more acquainted with how good it is.
Only a couple of thoughts.
I would love to be able to shut off the page turn capability on the left side of the Kindle. In holding the Kindle, I tend to turn the page with my left hand when I do not want to do so. I have yet to find a real comfortable way to hold the Kindle when reading in bed without turning pages.

Second - I would love to have a simple way to buy books by looking at books written by an author. Your common way to display books is by title of the book, and as I am tryng to build a library, I want to do it by author.

Thanks for an amazing product.
