5.0 out of 5 stars Good-looking and works great, May 15, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This scale not only looks sleek but it is accurate as well. Simply step on the scale and the display glows blue and in a second or two displayed your weight to the nearest 1/5 (0.2) lb. It is slim and can be easily stored when not in use.

Don't really know what to say except that this works exactly like you would want it to. The USB 2.0 is fast, the retractable USB is great, and it overall is pretty rugged. It does everything I expected it to. The 8gb size is great and for the size the price is right.

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally a good left-handed gaming mouse!, May 15, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Being left-handed, I have been starved for ergonomic gaming mice for my entire life. I had to be content using ambidextrous mice, such as the Razer Copperhead. That was a great mouse but there is a world of difference having a mouse that is molded to fit your hand. I had no idea how much of a difference it would make simply because I had never used a left-handed one--they didn't exist!

The mouse performs very well, it is very precise and the two thumb buttons are great. It has a pleasing blue glow and the cable is plenty long enough, even for those with their computer under the desk. It fits very comfortably in my left hand!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good knife, one fixable flaw, February 13, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
First of all, let me say that this knife arrived on time and was shipped promptly.

The knife is very nice looking, feels very solid, and opens VERY smoothly. It has a knob you flick with your finger while simultaneously flicking your wrist to open it, which is very very easy to do.

The problem that I had with my knife is that, when you opened it slowly (not flicking it hard with your wrist) the locking mechanism wouldn't lock all the way on the blade. This was because the piece of metal that springs to lock the blade in place when you open the knife was *slightly* too large and so it would hit the edge of the locking face of the blade and get caught so that it would not move into place. It took very little force to close the blade back (potentially) onto your fingers. This was very easy to fix by taking the knife apart and using a dremmel tool to file down the locking spring very slightly (maybe half of a millimeter or less). This completely fixed the problem and the knife works perfectly now.

Another thing to note was that the blade did not come very sharp, but after sharpening it has held its edge very well, which is to be expected of a 440C blade.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works great, but has some drawbacks, May 12, 2007
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Let me start first by saying the positive aspects of this item.

This pump does work and it works well. Its gauge has a knob that you turn so that once it reaches a certain psi, it turns off automatically. This is great because you don't have to stand around watching it to make sure it doesn't over-pressurize whatever you're pumping. The gauge is also illuminated for nighttime use.

Now for the drawbacks. Unless you're pumping up a bike tire or something small, this pump takes a long time to pressurize. Also, the wall outlet cord that comes with this pump is ridiculously short, around a foot and a half long or so. Also, the tube you hook up to whatever you're pumping is really short too, probably around as long as the cord.

Overall, however, this pump is great for its price and I'd recommend it if you have an extension cord and no need to pump something up quickly.
