It might work, but we won't really know because the supplement is too expensive to continue taking over the long haul. And the TRF 300 is twice as much. If we could've been part of a trial for efficacy, that'd be another story.

1.0 out of 5 stars Can't believe my book group chose this book!, March 24, 2013

So weird! I'm sick of books that are downright morose, depressing and dreadful. It's bad enough that we have such sickos in our society. Why should I want to use my precious spare time to read about them?

4.0 out of 5 stars Like a valuable antique, a rare find, August 5, 2011
A tantalizing tangle of human emotions are at play in this book. The characters are believable and the storyline is intriguing. Murder, revenge, lust, desire, greed...there's something for everybody. A mysterious and tauntingly good read!

2.0 out of 5 stars If the buyer is stubborn, don't bother, July 15, 2011
Bought this for my elderly father who has a super shaky hand when he writes. Was told it would help, but though Dad's a love, he's also a mule. He practiced once, complaining all the while, and then gave up. Said it doesn't work for him, that his handwriting is fine. Trust me, it's not.
