My nephew wanted to build a fort in his room but didn't have the means to do so.

This was perfect.

He did need a little help in assembling the pieces, but once we got going it was easy! Seems to be standard with any new toy.

Joe Donahue --the Inventor brought them to the house himself!

Now that's incredible customer service especially in this day and age!
I am planning on ordering more for birthday gifts!

My nephew opened the EZ Fort this Christmas Day and the connectors were missing. I called the 800 # and left a message.
Joe Donahue, the inventor of this product returned my call, Christmas Day, left me a voicemail apologizing for the mishap and said they would overnight a replacement set right away.

Two hours later Mr. Donahue appeared at my nephews front door, after driving over an hour away, on Christmas Day, with the missing connector pieces and another full EZ Fort Set.

Certainly restores my faith in human nature! My entire family is just dumbfounded . . . What a terrific guy Joe Donahue is Just amazing! Thanks so much for making our Christmas! Everyone who has kids, nieces or nephews should buy this product!
