4.0 out of 5 stars A must read for Ender fans..., June 20, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I'm a big fan of Card and the Ender Series. I'd read all the novels, some of them multiple times, but somehow missed this group of 4 short stories. They are a good read for anyone who enjoys the books in this series. I've read Ender's Game 4 or 5 times but had never read the novelette until this. The improvements Card made when he made it into the Hugo and Nebula winning novel were very much needed. The guts of the plot are here in the short story, but the character developement is missing. I will likely not read the Ender's Game short story again. The others I will welcome again someday in the future...good stuff.

3.0 out of 5 stars "Perception" is a good summer show..., June 20, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
"Perception" is a good summer show. Eric McCormack kills the role...playing a paranoid schizophranic one minute and the good Dr (Neuropsychiatrist and Professor) the next. Even though I really like Rachael Leigh Cook, I sometimes have a hard time with her as an FBI Agent. I'm all caught up now and will watch the 2nd season as it unfolds this summer. This show probably wouldn't make it in the Fall/Spring against the network heavyweights, but it fits right in on TNT's summer schedule.
