5.0 out of 5 stars The Macross Saga is Great!, August 5, 2001
The Macross Saga is eaisly the Best part of the American Robotech series. Heck, you do not even have to buy any of the other DVD`s after this part is over (except if you want to buy the Japanese version coming out at the end of the year). I know I won`t.

5.0 out of 5 stars The End Is Here, April 29, 2001
The last two episeode, oh how time has flown away from us. It was only yeasterday that I picked up the first tape, now look where we are. The end is the begining is the end. Not since the Patlabor movies have I truly though about the ideas that an Anime director was trying to get across, but with these last two episodes, I find myself doing nothing except thiking. These episodes made me think about my own exsistence. Am I any better than Shinji, Rei, Asuka, or Misato. If you look deep enough into Evangelion you will see your life. Overall, probably the greatest ending to the greatest anime series of all time.
P.S. for those that just finished this series you should go out and get either Cowboy Bebop or Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water.

5.0 out of 5 stars Graet Enading to a Great Series, April 29, 2001
This review is from: Cowboy Bebop - Session 6 (DVD)
Not since the last four episodes of Evangelion have i been affected so much by an anime. This last DVD is a must for all fans of anything, hell you don`t even have to buy the whole DVD series, just get DVD 1,3, and 6 and you have the basic series (these are the episodes that were shown on TV in Japan).

5.0 out of 5 stars Whay are they 10!, April 16, 2001
The only problem I had with this entire series was the fact the the main characters are only 10 years old. It`s ridiculous to make 14 year children pilot those Gundam Suit thingys so what makes it logical for 10 year children to save the world. Beside this little nitpick the show is great (great animation, ect.) with irresistable charaters and a light atmosphere (though later on there are some dark episodes). Overall a great series.

5.0 out of 5 stars Zane's Is Death, January 27, 2001
Once Zane had lost a beautiful woman and had no money to pay his rent he decided to kill himself. With the gun pointed to his head the door opened and death walked in. The only thing to do was shot death and that is what he did. Once death was killed Fate walked through the door and said that Zane had to take Death's postion. Fate handed Zane the death clothes and items and then she left. And with Zane having noidea what he was supposed to do he went out the door and down the stairs and saw a car. The lights were on so death went to it and went in it. Zane started driving and noticed that he didn't exactly need to drive. Once at his first client he had to take the soul of a woman in a car crash. Zane had to go through a lot of things, but the worst of all was that he was in a trap planned by the king of lies, satan. Satan was planning for Zane to kill LUna the woman he loved. Well. That's a start on the book you really should read this book and the series

4.0 out of 5 stars Really FOUR and a HALF ., June 20, 2000
This review is from: Icehenge (Paperback)
This is one of Robinson`s best earlier works. Icehenge has a good story with memorable characters and events that lead to a good ending. Some what predictable at time, neverless a good read that I would recommend to any Sci-Fi fan. Check out Short, Sharp Shock next.

4.0 out of 5 stars Really FOUR and a HALF stars, June 19, 2000
This review is from: Icehenge (Paperback)
Very good book. The only problem was the fact that it didn`t mesh well with the Mars trilogy. Well written with a good plot that keeps you reading throughout the night (and day). One of the best of Robinson`s early works. Read A Short, Sharp Shock next.

THIS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST ANTI-WW1 BOOKS EVER MADE. A FAREWELL TO ARMS ( BY ERNEST HEMINGWAY) AND THE ENORMOUS ROOM (BY E.E. CUMMINGS) ARE A COUPLE OTHERS.

5.0 out of 5 stars Out-Standing!, September 11, 1999
For those who like the "stream-of-conscience" style of writing this is a must. Like James Joyce`s Ulysses this book tells a story of Humanity so accurate and scary you can see why people disliked it at the time. Read this this then go on to 'As I Lay Dying' and 'Light in August' Faulkner`s other greats.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing! Kurosawa Best!, August 26, 1999
This review is from: Ran (DVD)
This Ranks as one of my favorite films of all time. It is sad and touching while at the same time very violent. The ending is simply amazing! Worth seeing over and over again.
