3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting Concept, June 3, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This novel had me on the edge of my seat one moment, then wondering why I was still reading it the next. The concept is brilliant; the nanotechnology storyline is original. The "secret society bent on world domination," not so much. Overall, I recommend the read, just be prepared for the train coming off the tracks for a few chapters and the promise of a sequel that probably shouldn't ever exist.

Why is this not a movie yet! This series is absolutely fantastic. I love the military drama aspect and the well thought out science aspects. Terrific reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a Great Series!, April 11, 2015
I'm not ashamed to say I'm addicted to this series. What's different about this storyline as opposed to some of the other authors self-publishing is the lack of a formula for each book. You know how some authors write the same thing over and over but in different locations with new character? So far that's not a problem with The Frontiers Saga.

2.0 out of 5 stars Self Published, April 3, 2015
This read takes about an hour. It covers a couple short incidents in prison and then ends in a "cliffhanger" with a recommendation to buy the next one. If a real publisher had been involved this series could have been amazing.

3.0 out of 5 stars The Title is Ambitious, March 29, 2015

The content was ok. If you have never done any public speaking then this book may be of some use to you. There is no system of speech making in here, just a compilation of tips. The exercises are from Toastmasters and are probably the best value in the reading.

2.0 out of 5 stars If You Read One Book This Year..., March 23, 2015

This review is from: The Gemini Effect (Kindle Edition)
...it definitely shouldn't be this one. "That last word-animals-hung in the air like a line from a bad science fiction movie." Pretty much like your whole book did. I would have given one star but I guess the book could technically have been worse. We're talking zombie rats and Soviet conspiracies. This book quickly hit rock bottom then started to dig. If workplace sexual harassment was cool this author would be Miles Davis. I received this book free as part of Amazon Prime and I still feel I was robbed.

1.0 out of 5 stars E-book Factory, March 23, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is one of those self-published pamphlets passing off as educated literature in an effort to generate a passive income for the writer. It's very short, mostly double and triple spaced lines with little substantive material except plenty of promises for good information if you buy book two! Gee, how did the author know when he wrote this there was going to be so much good information in a book that didn't exist yet?

5.0 out of 5 stars An Epic Space Saga, March 20, 2015

I love the space-navy genre but what I specifically like about this series is the accurate portrayal of the naval officer. From the simple competition between Nathan and Cameron to Nathan's pondering the gravity of his decisions, it's an accurate representation of life commissioned.

I've been doing trial work for nine years and I consider myself an intermediate. Mr. Lippitt is an expert that has lived through the battles and seen his way through to the other side. I think this book is a great survey of the most important portions of litigation with some great tips to boot. I highly recommend this book for litigators of all skill levels.

2.0 out of 5 stars Compilation of Tips, March 13, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The book is not a system you can implement; it's merely a collection of tips such as getting enough sleep and waking up early. If you're looking for a system to accomplish the title of this book I would recommend the Getting Things Done system. The Kindle version of this book is very short and double and quadruple spaced throughout to make it appear longer. It's worth the price I paid, which was free.
