5.0 out of 5 stars New “Nate”: More than Worth the Wait, January 21, 2014
"Five, Six, Seven, Nate!" is a practically perfect follow-up to "Better Nate than Ever" and just as un-put-down-able. Author Tim Federle proves beyond debate that the more specific a story is, the more universal its appeal will be. He has a wicked sense of humor, and he uses it, along with his obvious love of language and real empathy for his characters, to totally nail the excitement and insanity of the New York theater "community." Still, I think that any kid anywhere, and any former kid, will be able to recognize himself in Nate's dreams, fantasies and insecurities. The writing is as light on its feet as Nate himself would love to be. The author is a natural and gifted storyteller, but unlike many people in the world of the theater, he’s an anti-diva who consistently defers to his characters rather than calling attention to himself. Let’s hope this series follows Nate till he’s 90 and living in the Actor’s Home.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Protector for the New Macbook Air, February 4, 2011
The mCover Hard Shell Cover Case for the new Macbook Air (released late in 2010) is one of the first hard shell covers made specifically for the new Air, and despite the company's reputation I had some trepidation about buying it before it was reviewed by experienced Mac product experts. But I have to say that it's everything I want in a cover/protector for the new Air: it fits snugly and goes on with virtually no effort. It snaps on in a way that makes it almost impossible to scratch the computer. It has retractable legs that allow you to position the computer at different angles. I bought the clear model, and it's pretty much invisible. I've had it for 10 days or so now and I can only find good things to say about it. Whew!
