5.0 out of 5 stars One of Salvatore's finest work, August 6, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I started this book with low expectations since I was a bit jaded by the previous book, "The Last Threshold", but boy was in for a ride.

This has been one of Salvatore's crowning work in Drizzt's saga even if he was hardly in it. In fact, compared to his prior books I enjoyed this one the most in probably the past many years! This book has totally restored my interest in the series and I cannot wait for the next installment!

As a longtime reader, I appreciated that this book made tons of references to previous books. However, understand that if you are new to the series you may be a little lost and might want to start with the earlier books.

5.0 out of 5 stars Among Salvatore's best books, October 26, 2010

This book went above and beyond my expectations and is only second to Servant of the Shard among my favorite books in the series.

Can't wait for the next chapter.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great product but somehow missing something, August 22, 2010
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
It was a poor decision to split Starcraft II into three parts. The campaign feels half-baked.

I did, however, enjoy playing it despite some misgivings.
