Good Day Tools CLOG POPPER Condensate Drain Clearing Tool
Good Day Tools CLOG POPPER Condensate Drain Clearing Tool

1.0 out of 5 stars Very Ineffective and Overpriced, March 6, 2014
The unit uses suction to pull out the clog manually; but doesn't have the speed of a wet dry unit. Pulling faster or harder has NOTHING to do with increasing it's pressure; since a vacuum works on the "water being heavier" than the air sucked out. This makes the water just "float out" of the pipe slowly. Much of the clog pieces can still remain in the line, causing an additional sludge build up within a month. Power CAN ONLY BE CREATED from compressing air molecules together; but NOT by pulling air outwards. Most drain lines have very little water if they're at ground level. this unit would require a two story building with he "weight" of the water being slightly heavier. In addition the cost of the accessories really make it EXTREMELY costly. I also got an additional overflow of water from my drain pan overflow, when the "push in" caused more water to back up, before removing the tool. I saw his video on his sight, and then realized he just showed the powerful water "rushing out" because his "drip pipe" was actually really connected to his HOUSE HOSE to create the "illusion of pressure". I would avoid this product, or just make your own to experiment. There are better units available that work from inside the safety of your home, using a simple hand pump and valve shut off. It was an ac drain cleaner, that I purchased for LESS than $20 from the manufacturer directly without middlemen markups.

1.0 out of 5 stars Quality Shave But Use And Throw Away, October 14, 2012
The razor will work fine, and you will be pleased, UNTIL tha battery dies. When this happens (always after the warranty), you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE RECHARGABLE BATTERY. They make it virtually impossible to open, don't give any discription of it's power or type, and must be broken from the soldered one, and the new one resoldered in. Repair places are far and few between, and even if you do find one, it's almost as much to "repair" as purchasinga new unit. Phillips does this on their Sonic toothbrushes as well, so just devide your cost of so many uses by the cost of the unit and you will find it an extremely overpriced way to shave. The whole razor is dependent on the battery, which is worth about $18. How do they manage to get away with this, without even a label on the package telling people that batteries aren't really replaceable amazes me.

1.0 out of 5 stars Over Priced Pump, September 10, 2012
Basically it requires only a few pounds of pressure to unclog an A/C drainline, making this an EXTREMELY OVERPRICED fancy bicycle pump! The only difference is that you're OVERPAYING for a reverse switch so it can "suck" out the flow. You've already have flooded floors, so this doesn't do anything that prevents your warns you, but only allows you to go outside and suck the line out. A Shop Vac, although NOT as powerful as a "pump" has multi functions around the house, and although it requires electric to run, can do EXACTLY the same purpose. If your house has an electric air conditioner, how far do you need to go reach an outdoor electrical outlet, that you require a manual pump anyway. Water is a semi solid (not air) and once in the line needs very LITTLE force to be pushed out from inside the house drain line (if cut for access), and maybe 2 pounds of sucking force from the outside. I've cleaned my line with a $39 wet/dry unit available from ANY hardare store. The simpleist hand pumps are capable of producing over 29 pounds of pressure, so although this looks IMPRESSIVE, it is VASTLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY...

5.0 out of 5 stars Nicest Jacket I've Ever Bought, May 31, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This jacket is absolutely perfect! It's beautifully made, not heavy, can't see through because it's lined, and the nylon like mesh is water proof. I know the sleeves come off, which I also like, but the cut is extremely flattering because they make the shoulders appear larger and more masculine. The use of a second accent color on the neck and zipper area adds distinction and a touch of difference and class that other jackets lack. I did find that it's slightly oversized due to the shoulders and chest measurements compared to standard jackets of similiar designs, so if you wear a normal medium, BUY the medium because it's slightly oversized and will fit perfectly without being tight at all. I also bought this in black, white and red. I would have bought the blue, but they were out of my size, by time I wanted to re-order one. You won't be disappointed, it's a great product at a great price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Latitude 18- A GREAT BOOK, November 18, 2009
This truly was the adventure of a lifetime! The book had great charaters and vivid settings that were almost true to life! The author really made you feel like you were there the whole time. This was a revealing adventure into the ways of island life, and a compelling immersion into the trials that we sometimes face as people, both between ourselves, and against nature. A MUST READ!!! Awaiting the next book from this great author!...

2.0 out of 5 stars More like short quotes, September 10, 2008
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I've read other books by the same author, and would honestly rate this much less interesting. It doesn't really go into anything or any subject, with any depth; so don't expect to become a genuis. It will tell you which people owned dogs, then jump to who played mucsical instrutments. I find it difficult to stay focused, and honestly just skip boring pages. However, perhaps that's why I was able to purchase it for only $3.00 dollars new.

1.0 out of 5 stars Most Boring Book I've Ever Read, September 14, 2007
This review is from: The Ruins (Hardcover)
It took over 500 pages to write basically what should have been a short story. It didn't need chapters, because it was just nonstop rewriting of the characters actions with each other. I went through 200 pages before even coming to the horror of the plant. He should have developed the plants horror, instead of going into how the characters constantly whine about each other. Where did the thing come from, why didn't they at least try fire to burn it, and couldn't they have flung some at the natives who kept them isolated to protect themselves. I gave it one star because there was nothing lower, and am throwing out the book, instead of keeping it as a paper weight. If writing this book is his only day job, I really recommend a career change. If you have trouble sleeping, read this; because after 10 pages you won't be able to stay awake. No wonder Sams Club was selling this for $4.75; they probably got them on a close out from the publisher.

5.0 out of 5 stars Timeless Insight Into The Universal Quality Of All People, September 8, 2007
This review is from: The Family Of Man (Paperback)
This is my favorite book. I purchased it when I was 18, and loved black and white photography. I am now 65, and still see the same basic beauty in the photographs. It's not about the 1950's, or showing American culture. It shows how universal and similiar all people of all races and cultures are. It shows young children playing, people falling in love, weddings, births, hard work, wars, death, grieving, and even hope from various people and countries from our planet Earth. One family. One people. This is a collection of love, not about a specific time, or place, or our differences. This is a book that shows our skin colors, clothes, and countries may change; but we are all the same.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Product, August 8, 2007
I also use this on my Polar Excercise Heart Rate Monitor belt for a smooth contact to my chest. I use just a small amount, and it works extremely well. It's not greasy at all, and I can wipe the belt clean after the workout as easily as if it were just water. Actually, it's the same brand that the Polar web site sold for the belt, and I can see why. It's a great product.
