2.0 out of 5 stars Poor sound, doesn't work with nano 3g, avoid, July 9, 2014
Sounds okay for a cheap speaker dock. Does not charge the iPod off of the internal batteries. But the biggest slight is that it doesn't work with an iPod Nano 3G. Works fine with the iPod touch and iPhone 4S, but not with my trusty nano. The unit cannot be closed with an audio in cable connected, but it does close alright with the power cable plugged in. There's another problem: The audio input level can be too high from some devices, which causes the little woofers to go into over-extension. This means the woofers are physically hitting the end of their travel, and stopping due to physical limits of the speaker design. Which means every time the bass "thumps", you get a pop/thud that will eventually damage the speakers. (and sounds terrible)

As has been said, this unit isn't very loud either. Mine is the lovely (sarcasm) brown color too. But, being brown and ugly it doesn't exactly scream "steal me" either, so there aren't any worries leaving it out at the beach.

3.0 out of 5 stars Very, very long, connection not always solid, December 24, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These are more than twice the length of the apple cable. They work okay, but my phone seems to charge slower, and frequently i have to unplug and plug it back in to get iTunes to recognize the phone. (iTunes will give me an error saying the phone needs to be formatted or something. Unplug and plug back in and it works)

Not sure what that's all about, but since it works most of the time I will continue to use it.

It's cards against humanity. If you don't buy every single expansion pack, then you're not a horrible person. If you are a horrible person, you don't need to read my review to tell you that. Get it. Play. Be horrible to one another.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect in every way!, December 24, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These straps are long enough to put the camera at your hip, even if you're over 6' tall. Fabric is nice, nothing special, but the length is perfect. Attachment is pretty standard. Highly recommended, especially for the price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay, but not great, December 24, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
They're very "farmer" styled, and unfortunately instead of being a nice fabric, they're stretchy elastic that will wear out. The clasps are great, but these would be a lot nicer if the suspenders were much thinner, and made out of a fabric that doesn't stretch. (I'm used to wearing silk braces). The clasps are amazing, they hold solid and work very well, but the rest of the suspenders are just cheap walmart quality -- and walmart style. Definitely not something you want to wear to your local swing dance.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fits one size smaller than the chart., December 24, 2013
Good quality, no cheap vents to break (no vents at all), the only thing is they fit a full size smaller than the chart. So if your head is in the Large range (even the bottom of the large range), order an XL, and the fit will be perfect. The helmet does not make you look like a bobble head either, although that means the padding is a bit on the thin side. But, it's still DOT rated, and that's all that matters.

1.0 out of 5 stars Won't ever buy these again, November 27, 2013
I'm unable to purchase these because Amazon trying to cheat prime members with their "add-on item" policy. I'd gladly pay shipping, but instead I'm ordering sleeves from a different store (unfortunately multicolor, as those are the only available). I've purchased these exact sleeves in the past without having to make it an add-on item, and they were okay quality, good enough to buy again. But because these are an add-on item now, I will never buy them again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable, fit over glasses, and don't fog. In short: They're great., November 14, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These are comfortable and an absolute must for sand-blasting. I was hit in the face with more sand than I care to admit, yet none of it ever got through to my eyes, and the glasses are comfortable even over perscription glasses, and never fogged at all -- even in north carolina summer heat and humidity. Recommended!

4.0 out of 5 stars Works as advertised, easy to use, big hunk of metal., November 14, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Used this to replace a gun on my ancient sandblaster. Works fine, but the included hose is too long, and it attaches without clamps. (I had to buy my own). Would be nicer if the hose had a screw-on fitting, but it works quite well so I can't complain! New ceramic tips are easily purchased, and it's a big solid piece of metal -- no flimsy plastic junk. For the price you cannot beat it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very solid, no sagging, it just works., November 14, 2013
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is extremely stable and solid. The monitor can be rotated to account for any sagging, so that it's always level... but with my monitor at least, there is no sagging. (19" and not very heavy). It fits 1" thick desks easily, but do be aware it requires 2-3" of a lip on your desk. Mine only had a 1" lip, so I cut part of the bottom of the bracket off with an angle grinder, and used only one of the anchor screws. It still is extremely solid this way. It comes with foam pads to protect the top of the desk and big allen screws with rubber caps to protect the bottom of the desk. The allen bolts hold it very securely, because you can really crank them down tightly.

I wasn't thrilled with the chrome, I would have preferred black, but I can't complain because this thing mounts solidly, has wire loops for the cables to keep them out of the way, and has just performed beyond my expectations.
