5.0 out of 5 stars Rainbows!, June 6, 2009
This review is from: Kids Rainbow Sandals (Apparel)
Perfect for women with small feet... I usually wear a 5.5 women's, and I got a 4/5, I believe. Very comfortable and goes with everything for summer!

5.0 out of 5 stars I survived Madrid because of this, June 6, 2009
Went to Madrid with a friend for a week. I used this book so much while we were there that it was falling apart by the time I got back. There is a subway map, which is essential, and the book gives just enough detail for the sights without being overly expository or too brief.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cute but no arch support, June 6, 2009
Very cute shoes... I got a lot of compliments on these, but they have absolutely no arch support. I put in gel inserts, but that made the shoe a little tight. They fit true to size and are probably best for people who don't really walk around that much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great summary of, literally, how to study in med school, June 6, 2009
Very short read, which makes the price a little steep, but the advice and information given more than makes up for that. A must-read for med students before starting medical school. It helped me pull my grades up after struggling the first semester. And as they always tell you in medical school, what's another $15 in light of the rest of your loans? A great investment!

5.0 out of 5 stars Another wonderful album, December 29, 2003
This review is from: Closer (Audio CD)
Josh Groban is a singing phenom in today's world of "entertainers" (i.e. those who claim to sing but really can't). His enunciation is flawless, and his command of the music is powerful. The balance on this CD between contrasting repertoire is very, very good. I especially enjoy "Remember When It Rained" because it shows Mr. Groban's sensitivity in musical composition, as well as in musical performance. Compared to his debut album, this album focuses on Josh Groban, the soloist, which makes for a work that proves that even without well-established singers with whom he sang duets (such as Andrea Corr and Charlotte Church), he can hold his own. Much more powerfully, too, I might add. Finally, the musical back-up for all of the pieces is masterfully blended. The classical guitarist, violinist Joshua Bell, and pianist Josh Groban (!) each lend an integral part to the pieces, singing out in the instrumental interludes but murmuring softly under Mr. Groban's voice. All in all, this is a musical work that should appeal to both classical music enthusiasts and pop music devotees.
