4.0 out of 5 stars The assembly is working fine. One little glitch, April 18, 2015

The assembly is working fine. One little glitch; the side cover would not allow installation in the mounting holes so I just used the old cover. Also the new leveler bracket could not be installed without drilling a new hole. Used the old bracket.

This is the 3rd unit for my Trane furnace. They all seem to be failing in the same area as indicated by an overheated area on the PCB. I have been unable to find these failures documented anywhere. I currently have no faith that my most recent purchase unit will run for the life of the furnace.

I purchased this TV with extended warrantee many years ago for about $2500. The LCD screen failed and I received about $1200 back to purchase another vendors product. Not sure that I would buy another Toshiba again. Still using the failed product.😣

1.0 out of 5 stars Bad USB cable?, April 24, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The first unit I received did not work at all. Even the power LED would not light up. So I returned the unit and received a replacement the next day. This unit worked but only using one of the 2 connectors on the USB "Y" cable. Amazon refusing to ship me another replacement and siad I need to call the vendor myself. Amazon did offer to return my payment. If I did so I wonder if I could then order another unti that hopefully fully worked???

I waited until I needed to recharge my cellphone every day whether I used it or not before ordering a replacement battery. I must admit the price was pretty good about $5.00 but the new battery only lasts about 1 hour of talk time. I remember the original lasting much longer than that. I guess you get what you pay for as other reviewers have mentioned.

5.0 out of 5 stars Larry Sinclair, May 14, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The following is an excerpt from the chapter titled Obama's Triumph of the Will: 2008 Primaries
which is chapter IX in the book Barack H. Obama - the Unauthorized Biography by Webster Tarpley

Free Larry Sinclair, Obama's Political Prisoner

On June 18, 2008, Larry Sinclair appeared at the National Press Club in
Washington DC to officially deliver his bill of indictment against Obama.
Incredibly, he was arrested just after he concluded the press conference
Sinclair was taken into custody by DC police and US Marshalls in the Square
Bar off the Holemen Lounge, where he had spoken to the media. From
Wednesday to Monday, Larry Sinclair was held in the DC Jail, the victim of a
Gestapo-style enemies' list operation that went beyond Nixon, carried out just
three blocks from the White House. Sinclair had come to the National Press
Club to detail his charges that the self-proclaimed Democratic presidential
nominee Barack Hussein Obama had indulged in two homosexual encounters
complete with crack cocaine in early November 1999, that Obama was
complicit in the December 2007 assassination of Donald Young, the gay
choirmaster of Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ, and that
Obama's resident perception monger, David Axelrod, has paid the
pornographic website [...] $750,000 to organize a campaign of
character assassination against Sinclair, culminating in a faked polygraph test.
At the close of the press conference, Sinclair was arrested inside the press club
by US Marshals and DC police, apparently based on an old Delaware warrant.
The [...] owner, Dan Parisi, abortively called off his own
scheduled press conference in another room of the Press Club one it was
that Sinclair had been arrested.

I now have tried to do some research on this topic and see that most related information has been removed from the Internet even causual data that would merely document the relationship that Obama had with Donald Young. This lead me to only one conclusion that Obama must have played a part in this murder and his administration has covered it up.

I highly recommend reading the whole book to get a full background on this and dozens of other crimes committed by Obama and his administration. And he is now our president.

4.0 out of 5 stars Quick Review, January 26, 2010

I think that this book is correct in the overall trend that is occuring in the labor market in the US and even around the world. We are faced with an upcoming massive increase in unemployment for which I do not see any realistic solution at this time. Martin makes a number of suggestions in the second half of the book which are very blue sky at this time. The theory used to be that automation will continue to let us produce cheaper products and thus buy more and more... Well we are drowing in a cesspool of "things" and the world's resources are running out. And China and India have just started to increase their productivity.

The only criticism I have is that this book ignored the fact that most companies have purchased computers for their employees but have not fully implemented them yet. When this happens productivety will go up along with unemployment. Additionally I believe that farming in India and China are not as efficient as in the US where less than 2% of our workers are employed. When they catch up in the near future this will release hundreds of millions or more workers to compete on the world market. In other words things are a lot worse than what this book indicates...

Where Have All the Leaders Gone?
Where Have All the Leaders Gone?

3.0 out of 5 stars Incorrect Title, December 26, 2009
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I just finished reading this book in 3 days on 12/26/09. It is an easy read. It is now over 2 years old and basically reads more like another autobiography than anything else. I have read a number of the one star reviews and agree that Lee doesn't really say much as to why we don't have any good leaders in this country and gives little to evaluate potential candidates. And he cites his own accomplishments at Ford and Chrysler as a role model and even suggests that he was qualified as a candidate for the presidency. Lee makes a number of very common sense comments about how to succeed, like welcome failure etc., but nothing you haven't already heard.

Bottom line is that I did like the book and appreciated most of his opinions regarding why people buy SUVs, why the wars in IRAQ etc. are wrong, why the US is in big trouble because of lack of education. I would recommend reading it for this reason only. It does not
answer the question how to elect good leaders for our country.

5.0 out of 5 stars I wish we had more...., September 21, 2009
books like this. I am so sick of the political correctness that has infected our country. Neal Boortz understands that to fix any problem one must first state the unvarnished truth about the situation. This book is a good primer for this process. After reading it I now feel compelled to write my own about a number of other topics or expand upon some of Neal's and state the truth nothing but the truth. Our country and planet is crumbling and nothing is being done to help save them.
