About the FFA

The National FFA Organization is the country’s largest youth organization with more than 500,000 student members and 7,300 chapters nationwide. FFA chapters are found in urban and rural schools in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Students age 12 to 21 who are enrolled in a school’s agricultural education program are eligible for membership. Members participate in community service and volunteer activities, like outreach events to educate others about the importance of agriculture.

FFA Convention Performer: Taylor Swift

While Taylor Swift has exploded on the country scene over the past couple of years, she got her start at the wee age of 10 years old, by performing at local events around her town.
