Duzoxin® Porsche Giveaway SWEEPSTAKES--OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United
States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of February 17,
2009. Employees and directors of Sun Media Enterprises, Inc. (“Sun Media”), and
Amazon Services LLC (“Amazon.com”) and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries
and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters
and web suppliers, and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members
(parent, child, sibling and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household are
not eligible to participate. Void in Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii and wherever
prohibited or restricted by law.
2. To enter. Sweepstakes begin at 12:00:01 a.m. PST on February 17, 2009 and ends at
11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 15, 2009 ("Entry Period"). To enter, go to
www.amazon.com/duzoxin, click on the “Duzoxin ® ” icon and complete the online
entry form. Participants must fill out the sweepstakes entry form to be entered into a
random drawing which may include, without limitation, electronically agreeing to
Amazon.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which is located at
www.amazon.com/privacy (collectively “Eligible Entries”.) Entries must be received by
11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 15, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per
person/address/email address. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated
number of entries by using multiple/different email accounts, or any other methods will
void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor,
Amazon.com, nor its agencies are responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable
network, server, satellite, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or
miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical
failure; or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware
or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry
or other information or the failure to capture any such information.
3. Drawing. Winner(s) will be selected via random drawing on or about December 15,
2009, from all eligible entries received by Sponsor and Amazon.com. Winner(s) will be
notified by mail, email and/or telephone. Upon notification the potential Grand Prize
winner must respond to, confirm identity, and eligibility within three (3) working days. If
any potential winner(s) is unreachable or if there is no response from any potential
winner(s) within three (3) working days, an alternate winner may be chosen in Sponsor’s
sole discretion. If an alternate winner is chosen it will be selected only from the
remaining eligible entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by
the Official Rules and any and all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in
all respects. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries
received.
4. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds of Winning. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: A trip for Winner and one (1) guest to Newport
Beach, Ca. Trip includes round trip coach airfare from major airport near Winner’s
residence for Winner and Guest to Newport Beach, Ca (approximate retail value $1,500),
ground transportation to and from airport and hotel (approximate retail value $200), two
(2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) (approximate
retail value $1,000), admission to a Real Housewives after-party hosted by Vicki
Gunvalson, (approximate retail value $1,000) where Winner will be presented with keys
to Porsche Boxter (approximate retail value $40,000) (Winner will be notified of
date)(Winner must arrange own transportation and accommodation for pickup of Porsche
Boxter). Total ARV for this prize package is $43,700. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute air transportation with ground transport if grand prize winner resides within
150 miles of Newport Beach, CA. The tentative date for prize fulfillment is January 8,
2010 and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible
for applicable taxes, licenses or fees relating to prize package. All travel-related expenses
not set forth herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, gratuities
and incidental hotel expenses, are the sole responsibility of prize Winner(s). Actual retail
value of trip may vary and will depend on airfare fluctuations and Winner's point of
departure/return. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value
of prize will not be awarded. Winner(s) and guest must travel on the same itinerary.
Travel accommodations at the discretion of Sponsor. Winner(s) and guest must be able to
travel on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an
alternate winner, time permitting. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary
travel related documents (including Passports). Winner(s) and guest must comply with all
venue security requirements. No responsibility is assumed for lost tickets or passes in
whole or in part. No date/location/seating changes of event prizes will be permitted
except in Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event that a concert or event is canceled or
postponed for any reason after ticketing of prize, awarding of the remaining elements of
prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no
substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Any expenses which are not
expressly set forth in these Official Rules are the Winner(s) sole responsibility.
Winner(s) may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes, but Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value should
the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per
person/family/household.
5. Conditions of Participation: By entering participants agree (a) that Sponsor,
Amazon.com, Sun Media Enterprises, Inc., and their respective parent entity,
subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, or prize
suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives,
agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any
liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death,
or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,
possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, including
any travel related thereto, or any Sweepstakes related activity, or for any
typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize;
and (b) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agree to confirm that
grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use
winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or
publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or
hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice,
review or approval. Prize winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an
Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within 5
days of notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if prize
notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible
or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate
winner selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, under 19 in AL or NE
or under 21 in CO, MS, PA or WV, but an eligible entrant, prize will be awarded to, or in
the name of, eligible winning minor’s parent/legal guardian who must sign and return all
required documentation and accompany winner on trip. Taxes on prize are solely the
winner’s responsibility. Upon receipt of any prize, the winner(s) is required to comply
with any and all applicable federal state and local tax that becomes due with respect to
prize(s) By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that
Amazon.com may collect the personal information submitted by you, and use the
information you provide for mailing lists for promotional and other materials for
Amazon.com unless you have indicated otherwise by your selection in your “Customer
Communication Preferences” in your Amazon.com account. You may update or change
your Customer Communication Preferences at www.amazon.com/youraccount.
6. Limitations on Liability: Automated entries, or entries sent by robotic or macro, are
not allowed and will be disqualified. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the
Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor
reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility. Should the purchase transaction
entry portion or any other portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion,
compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes
which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security,
fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select winners from all
eligible online entries received for all affected drawings prior to action taken or as
otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or
by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and
assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation,
or transmission, communications line failure, technical failure, theft or destruction, or
unauthorized use in connection with the purchase transaction entry portion or any other
portion of the Sweepstakes.

7. Official Rules and Winners List Request: For Official Rules and Winner’s list, send
a self addressed stamped envelope in a separate first class stamped envelope to: Sun

November 15, 2009.
