To sum up what I will tell you about in the details below, for just $139 you are getting one heck of a deal on a tablet computer - especially if you compare it to the $199 for last year's first-generation Fire HD this one is replacing and the $500 or more you can spend on a Wi-Fi version of the iPad. Overall, if you consider the price and the functionality I think this is a great tool / toy if you are a first-time tablet buyer, price vs. value is a key consideration, or if you are looking for an affordable tablet for the kids. If you're comparing last year's HD model to this version and last year's model is operating fine, I'd say save your money and continue to get your money's worth out of that one.
My review below compares a lot of the features ... full review

"Preliminary review" - By Rudy Canosa (Los Angeles, CA)
[[VIDEOID:moOM2HPG8UJB19]]We'll see. Just like the other reviewer the tablet I received had its seals broken. The seal in itself says to not accept if it's been opened. I wish it said that outside the mailing box so I could have refused accepting the package. So far I see no physical defects. I have yet to turn it on and play around with it.
I will update my review later once I get a chance to play around with it before giving it to my son. I'm just disappointed that I received a product that appears to have been tampered with.
I did call Amazon and they are sending a replacement and I'm shipping this unit back. I also appreciate the response from Samsung. So far the response from Amazon and Samsung have been good. As promised, an ... full review
My 5 year old son was always stealing my tablets - either my Kindle Fire or my iPad. Though I encourage educational play, I did worry about him downloading or seeing something he shouldn't (kids are so smart these days). We gave him a V-tech InnoTab3 and told him that was HIS tablet to play with. I can't get him off of it! He is constantly playing educational games, or drawing with the play apps and he loves it! Though he's not been the most careful (yes, it's taken a few falls down the stairs) it is very durable and we haven't had an issue out of it at all. I love that we can upload apps via the website, or buy the games in store. We've actually started using the apps as 'rewards' for when he gets enough stickers on his chart for behavior or chores. V-tech didn't disappoint ... full review
Ok so I was nervous about this purchase because it was not only my first tablet purchase, but for my 3 and 7 year old. Never mind the kids, I love it. The only downfall is it does not work with google play so many apps cannot work on it, but overall its a great device. if your looking for something for a first time purchase or for younger kids, Go for it!
I might probably be one of the first ones to get the Innotab 3. I bought it for my kids' birthdays. One blue and one pink. They are nice educational toys to begin with, the main issue is it takes long to load. I don't know how many seconds. My kids are used to playing the tablet or smartphone so loading time is an issue, especially if Innotab wants to catch the attention of small children. I know that I shouldn't expect much for the price, but might want to let future buyers know.
Word of caution: do not buy the Innotab Gel Skin for Innotab 2 under the "Frequently bought together" portion of the product page because THEY WON'T FIT. The Innotab 3 is too small for the gel skin. Don't waste your money.
Overall, it's wonderful, but it might be too early for me to say. ... full review
"Another impressive Tablet by LeapFrog" - By Ninjaba
I really like LeapFrog products. I wasn't sure at first, but after owning a LeapPad1, LeapPad2, and recently the LeapReader, I've been impressed with their learning power. Plus, I find the company seems really interested and invested in creating toys kids enjoy and can really learn from. That being said, I don't overload my kids LeapPads with lots of apps and game cartridges. The few my boys have, they play with well enough, and really enjoy (Jewel Train has been the absolute favorite in our house). I like that my kids have technology, but they need other tangible things (like books, manipulative toys, and the outside world) to learn from too.
That being said, the LeapPad2 Power is a great addition to the LeapPad line. Differences I found between the LeapPad2 and LeapPad2 Power were:
-The color scheme is a bit different, more white than green like the ... full review
These tablets were given to my kids as a gift. It's really a great tablet, if you are looking for a low cost tablet. I really love the design of this tablet. It fits nice while holding it with one hand. This tablet is running android 4.2. Web Browsing on this tablet is prefect as well as checking emails. When it comes to watching videos; I wouldn't recommend using the speakers. I would use headphones, the speakers are not the best on this tablet. This tablet comes with lots of preloads kids apps that are beneficial. I like how the tablet comes with a micro SD card slot. The battery life of this tablet is impressive, my kid was able to get 3 days of use out of this tablet. Pros: *Cheap and affordable *A fast tablet dual core processor , HD 1024x 768 display as well. *Great for web ... full review
