Set my phone on it and it charges right up. Only downside is once my phone is fully charged the pad seems to stop charging my phone. So for example if I set it on the pad at night, it won't be fully charged in the AM because it got to full and then ran down a bit. This doesn't really bother me too much and maybe I just don't understand how to fully make the pad work. It would help if it came with more instruction aside from 'Thanks'.
But seriously overall works great at charging my device (Nexus 4) 4/5 -1 for stoppage.

"Must have for Qi-capable Nexus device owners!" - By brwyatt
Works great with both the Nexus4 and Nexus5!
Can be a bit "fiddly" with the Nexus4, as the Nexus4 lacks the magnets that were added to the Nexus5 for use with this charger, but still works great regardless. It still does magnetize to the device's components, which can help align it, but it does not "snap" into place as it does with the Nexus5, and would not be strong enough to hold it vertically.
However, with my (new) Nexus5, I have one of these chargers stuck to the side of my nightstand, and it holds my phone PERFECTLY on it (in portrait or landscape).
The re-usable, non-adhesive, silicon "pad" on the bottom of this charger is also quite incredible. It has an impressive grip to almost any surface (I have yet to find a surface that doesn't work on), comes off cleanly without causing damage or marks, ... full review
I do recommend a few consideration when using a Qi-Enable charger: - Proximity of device to charger, Thick of third party device cases will effect the devices ability to charge. - Alignment of device to charger, Allow the magenets to align to device so that the charging coils may induce a charging current.
LG Nexus 4 consideration: - Turn the charger upside down, and the LG Nexus 4 will align nicely to the edge of the charger.
"Pretty good charger" - By Akil Harris (Brooklyn, NY USA)
This charger is pretty good, I don't really know how fast it's charging compared to other chargers but it seems to be on par with the Google Orb and plugging my nexus 4 into the wall.
It does have some drawbacks:
1: You really gotta get the USB cable in there nice and snug to get it to work. The LED on the front helps with this but it seems like only certain USB cables fit correctly.
2: It's kind of a pain to see whats on the screen of the phone when on this charger. I find that the Orb I can just glance over and see what notification has popped up and get back to work. With this charger I pretty much have to pick the phone up which can suck when it doesn't hit the "sweet-spot" correctly when you place it back down or ... full review
As many other reviews state, this stopped working well for my Nexus 4 fairly quickly -- the phone would slide down to the point where it wasn't charging. I put the battery from my old Galaxy Nexus under the front so the phone doesn't slip past its sweet spot and it fixed the issue. Since it doesn't work great for the device it was designed for (without modifications or frequent cleaning), I'm only giving this 4 stars.
For my Nexus 7s and my new Nexus 5, it works great! Both the 5 and the 7 have a more matte backing so they don't slip, plus the sweet spot on the 5 is a little higher up so even if it did slide it would still charge. I had an issue with my [[ASIN:B00FJDVSTA LTE Nexus 7]] not recognizing it was on the charger when I ... full review
Works perfectly with the Samsung Galaxy S3 S i9300 QI standard wireless charging receiver that I bought. It also works on my Nokia Lumia 920 and Google Nexus 7 HD Gen II Large and easy area to place any of the items I mentioned.
Bought it for my Nexus 7 2013 and working well so far. I have not added a case to the Nexus yet, waiting for it to ship but the DT-900 is working fine. One minor issue is the light on the Dt-900 is not going off when the Nexus is fully charged, the documentation suggests it should, however, I am using the DayDream feature on the Nexus which does keep the screen on which may be tricking the DT900 into thinking the unit is not fully charged. Anyway, it is easy to center the Nexus over the DT-900 even though it is much smaller than the Nexus and is certainly charging the unit.
