when i bought this i wasn't expecting much out of it i just needed to replace the wireless mouse i had that was begging to crap out. ei like this mouse a lot more than my old one. Pros: side buttons DPI switcher very responsive Cons: Fairly light weight the button near the right clicker is just a duble click and is not customizable to do other tasks
This mouse shows you what your dpi setting is using its colors of the LED installed in the mouse, with the dpi per color able to be changed from the configuration application you install using the cd provided with the mouse. You can adjust the poll, dpi, and even change every single button on the mouse. I love how user-friendly the configuration screen is and you don't have to actually change the code itself to be able to stylize your mouse's setup.
Overall, I give this product a 5 star rating for the user-friendly interface, the stylish looks of the mouse, and the multiple color LED inside of the mouse.
Don't let the look scare you. This is the most comfortable mouse I have ever used. Your hand cradles it well, the buttons are in the perfect position too. It took me a little while to get used to it - but if you're on the computer anywhere close to how much I am - this mouse is a must. Also, the USB cable is heavier than most, very well made. Windows 7 detected the mouse the first time I plugged it in, and within a few minutes it found the driver automatically and I was up and running. A WONDERFUL PRODUCT! I highly recommend this mouse.
"I love this mouse" - By A. Brown (Colorado Springs, CO)
So my Razer Naga died a spectacular death on raid night of all nights and I couldn't find a replacement in town. I came here to get a new one and nearly ordered the Logitech mmo mouse but saw this one and decided to take a chance on this one. Truth be told, I was kind of afraid at first - it is a gaming mouse made in China to compete with Razer and Logitech from a company I've never heard of.
Its a beautiful little mouse for the price. The Perdition has a nice feel to it. The weights came in my mouse and I haven't removed any as I like it to have a bit of weight so it doesn't go sailing off my desk (the teflon pads are really slippery) and the mouse itself has a nice pebbled coating that just feels nice. The DPI ... full review
"Cheap, perfect for a low budget PC gamer." - By Chris Caro
Subject says it all, perfect for a low budget PC gamer like myself. It has 7 buttons in total, including the left, right, and scroll click plus 4 more. The software needs to be downloaded, its a small download. Although I know how to program every button differently (including macros for the buttons, like "ctrl + 3" for example) I am not sure how to use the part of the software that lets you have different buttons mean different things automatically when running different programs. But, that is fine for me. In case you are not sure how the coloring works, basically the mouse illuminates any 1 of 4 colors. You can leave it with its defaults, were every color means a different DPI, or you can make them all the same DPI and just switch between whatever color you feel like, either by click or the software. Basically... simple, ... full review
Purchased this mouse directly from Razer, not amazon, but heres are my thoughts on the mouse. the product is just spectacular. It has a great feel to it. the adjustable wrist plate gives you 3 different places to fit into your hand. the wings keep your finger from dragging on your mouse pad. The only thing it doesn't do is cook dinner. Or can it?
