"P4 Pico Projector Really Does SHINE!" - By Bob Lynchall (East Bay California)
This is perhaps one of the most amazing hi-tech 'gadgets' I have purchased. First, its size is remarkable and truly pocket-sized! But the real 'show' is indeed the super bright projection light produced by the unique combination of 3 LEDs. I already owned a full-size theater projector (Panasonic) and so my benchmark was pretty high. This device does everything the product ad or spec sheets say and then some! Folks are amazed at the quality of the color and smooth image (no screen-door grid) and its portable, super-micro size. Yes all the comments about some of the minor software flaws are there but one adapts to these minor irritants after a few days of use (i.e., unable to have folders for any sub-files -- videos, pictures, music. Yes, the projector's audio is iffy, but I added a dynamite, portable 3-inch Altec Lansing battery speaker (model Orbit iM227) ... full review
"Great Dolly for the price" - By Brett Bowers (Battle Creek, MI USA)
So I have used this same brand of dolly working on a commercial and it worked great for a couple of quick shots that we needed in tight spaces. The producer had stopped by a local camera store and bought it "Just in case we want to try it out". I was impressed afterwards and I wanted my own and saw it on Amazon for the same price but with a case, a magic arm and a shark clip. Wow I'll buy it from JZS Electronics through Amazon then! When the package arrived it did NOT include the magic arm or the shark clip. Allen from JZS Electronics called me and apologized and sent me out the missing parts immediately. I am very pleased with the customer service they provide. Thanks.
I got my PK301 about a month ago. I chose this model for two reasons. The size and the brightness of the illumination from the device. After getting my device I made some discoveries.
the battery that comes with the device will last around an hour. so be quick with your presentations. if you happen to buy the remote control you will need to know 2 things. there is not an ON button on the remote. and it is an infrared remote control. The infrared sensor is on the back of the PK301; so you will need to either stand behind the unit or place some sort of reflective device behind it.
The PK301 focuses very well, has a very sharp image, and the color is very vivid.
The brightness of the unit is great for screens that do not have any room lighting ... full review
