This is not only a gorgeous TV stand, but is a beautiful piece of furniture for my living room. I ordered the 60" stand and with my 40" TV, it looks great. I was worried about putting it together myself, but I lucked out and was able to have someone else put it together for me. It was well packed and in perfect condition. It also had wonderful readable instructions. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a beautiful, functionable piece of furniture.
Cabinet looks great and went together well. I like that it has doors with shelves to hide some of our game consoles and accessories. The center portion has a shelf with glass doors that works well for the AV receiver, cable box, dvd, etc.
I was looking at this particular TV stand which was widely available on the Internet, and Dynamic Home Decor had the best price. Although price was a factor, I also went with this merchant because of the positive reviews.
I did run into a problem with the product in that Crosley did not package it sufficiently to avoid slight damage to the top corner piece of the cabinet. However, Dynamic Home Decor had another piece shipped to me and it was fine.
Had issues with car chargers charging my S4, where they would drain the battery faster than it would charge. Fortunately, this one charges at a decent rate, at about 1% a minute, even in use (such as map GPS or casual browsing on the web). The bottom USB doesn't offer as strong of a charge so I would not recommend it for other devices like an iPhone or what have you.
I was looking for a low profile TV stand to sit underneath my projector screen and still keep my cable box, blu-ray player, and receiver off of the floor and this is the perfect height for what little space I have left. All of the wood pieces have some kind of plastic coating on them to give them the glossy finish shown in the picture and there were a lot of flakes of it in the box, but I haven't seen where they came off of the pieces (if they even did). One of the screws to secure the metal footing to the base was a blank (there were no threads on the thing) so it gets four stars instead of five.

"great finished product; instructions.. not so much" - By Cali to ny
exactly what i was going for. fresh lacquered look in white, sturdy, sleek and stylish. thankfully my wife is a mad genius with assembling stuff, because the instructions were indecipherable. I would have given up quickly. Seriously, if you have trouble interpreting instructions, this may not be for you. The mad genius was able to assemble in ~80 minutes with a little help from her dopey assistant.
Bought this a week ago. Works great! I do have to comment, you can't record HDMI footage with the ps3, BUT, it still shows up on the screen with HDMI. Just wont record. BUT if you have fraps or a similar program, you can record the footage that way. So really you still can record ps3 using HDMI, just need fraps or something similar to record.
"Perfect Entertainment Center for my 55" Television" - By volsed (Missouri, USA)
I have to admit that I spent more time researching my entertainment center than I did on my television. I checked out Amazon, multiple online sites, and retail stores before deciding on the 61" Coaster Media Console. I was specifically looking for a black, low-profile entertainment center with a reasonable amount of storage.
The assembly was a 13-step process that I did mostly by myself. I had the assistance of my wife towards the end when I need a third/fourth hand. It took about three hours from start-to-finish to complete the assembly. I would rate the instructions as a "B".
All in all, I am pleased with our purchase and highly recommend the 61" Coaster Console if you are looking for a low-profile entertainment center with hidden storage.
"Nice Minimalist Amp with Strange Feature" - By J.N. DiPietri (Washington County, Missouri)
My feature-laden Yamaha RX-577 receiver/amp finally gave up after 11 years of service, and since we now live in the country with little or no radio reception, I looked for a simple amplifier, with simple controls and adequate capacity (hint on the meaning of "adequate" - I am no longer 19). This amp is an understated black box, with basic minimalist styling and simple controls that adjust balance and volume, and speaker outputs to A and B. It does a fine job on my average home stereo system. I concur with other reviewers that the silly feature of automatically turning itself to a stand-by state when no input signal is present is essentially useless on any kind of music other than the constant drone of Scottish bagpipes or techno. Between tracks of a CD, or even in silent pauses in music, it dutifully and maddeningly turns ... full review
