Share Our Strength

Amazon.com has joined forces with Share Our Strength, one of the nation's leading antihunger organizations, for a special “Baking from the Heart” holiday program to help raise funds for the fight against hunger. Throughout the months of November and December 2004, a portion of all proceeds from select Amazon.com product sales will be donated to Share Our Strength.

Share Our Strength inspires and organizes individuals and businesses to share their strengths in innovative ways to help end hunger. The Amazon.com/Share Our Strength program was inspired by "Baking from the Heart," a new Share Our Strength book of recipes and stories that features 50 of America's outstanding bakers. A portion of the book’s proceeds will benefit Share Our Strength. In addition, many of the featured chefs are also active participants in the program.
