I've only had my Kindle a couple of months so I'm s bit confused about something. Why is the Kindle edition of "No Rest for the Dead" more expensive than the print book? One "copy" online as opposed to how many stored in a warhouse? I realize that there must be profit for all concerned, but I don't understand the excessively high profit marginon the e-edition or why the e-edition may cost more. Please enlighten me.
