All these perfect 5 star reviews make me a bit nervous about buying her ebooks, although they are very inexpensive. If you read the other reviews of the reviewers of her products they all sound the same and are all dated within a few months of the review of the J. Jolan product - no long term reviewers here. Do I smell a scam?

I think she is a quack. The concepts in the book are ridiculous: pizza a day diet, lose weight switching from diet soda to regular soda, flatter stomach by rubbing your belly? And lose weight spinning like a child? Come ON! I'm sure most of the high reviews are fake. And where are her credentials? I just feel sorry for all the people who try her methods. I hope they all sue her for being a fake.

Thanks for the warning, but I am not scared. There is freedom of speech and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I am still trying to find out if Jennifer Jolan is an MD, PHD or what. No info whatsoever, no credentials. If someone is going to refer to themselves as the number one weight loss queen, they need to prove it. I have never even seen her appear on any talk show, no reputable newspaper interviews, etc.

After you purchase one of Jeninifer Jolan's ebooks you are automatically put on her email list. In the last two days (since I purchased Running Sucks) I have received two emails from her asking me to review a product for a chance to win a $25 amazon gift card. In both of those emails she was giving away 30+ gift cards. So, I think that has something to do with the rapid, rampant reviewing of her ebooks. She asks you to then email her and tell her which review is yours for your chance to win. I'm guessing people who want to win a prize aren't going to point her to a critical review of her products...Her methods are legit (although she never lists a single reference which really upsets me) as far as workouts go. The diet tricks range from trendy and quirky to stuff used by body builders to bulk up and lean out.

The only thing I could find on her as far as education is that she has a bachelor's degree. It did not say what she majored in or where she obtained it.

Search Jennifer Jolan on facebook. I did and read that this Author is actually a middle aged man posing as a woman and paying people to write these books. Don't know where she got her info. Have not been able to verify it.

Have any of you actually tried the 1 day diet? I did and believe me it works. I love it better than the HCG diet. So far I do the diet Mon wed and Friday the non diet days I eat clean healthy. The weight did not return. So far I have lost 10lbs since last Monday.

laughable; she 'wrote' a book called 'how to lose weight by spinning around like a kid' and I got a free copy for kindle - not even sure why - but it was free and I needed a kindle book to test something out.

I see the 'book' is not even on amazon anymore. any author that would seriously think you can lose weight by 'spinning' doesn't deserve any of your money. she's clearly a quack and a fad diet author. she would be more appropriate as a talking head on faux news than an actual author.

why would one of her books be taken off amazon? was it due to getting so many bad reviews or bad sales? I don't know; but when I searched for it, it was removed/deleted without any explanation.

I have many of her books and I love them all! Very informative and right to the point! I tried the one day diet and the 12 hour diet and they both work so good! I also have the 5 second flat belly and it works well when you do it consistently. I do wonder who she is an why there are no pictures of her or people that ha actually met her.

That's funny. I believe it because I got multiple emails from he/she, that there was $20 gift cards and free books offered for reviewing her books. I did read one of her books, "12 Hour Flat Belly Diet Solution" but didn't receive a gift card after giving a short review. As far as the free books, I could not be interested. The book I read contained about three books in the back with similar titles but they all contradicted each other.
