My order to be delivered by Amazon --a thermostat, ear phones...and 2 other items that I want delivered to main city, Texas. Never have I seen a delivery date that is months and months away! Heck---is someone going to be crawling it to me from Canada or something? A fluke or is anyone else experiencing this?
In answer to questions: All 4 items are sold from Amazon LLC, and none were indicated to be out of stock. A 5th item in the order and sold by Amazon LLC, and with the same "Qualifies for Free Shipping" deal---was split off of the order and will be delivered within a couple of weeks. So...??
Well, since I wasnt getting posts that said it was a problem being fixed by Amazon, I went ahead and got in touch with them. Not really a simple story--but basically C.S. put me on hold while they checked into it, then informed me that the thermometer would be removed and refunded by them--thus allowing the rest of the order to be shipped quickly. I did not get a answer as to why the other 3 quick ship items were not automatically separated from the [half a year delivery] thermometer. Additionally, C.S. told me I could go back to the thermometer listing and find the NEWLY changed seller on listing page who would deliver within a week or 2 and then make a new order.... This was a new situation for me and a heads up----
