pay my student loans, pay off the house, remodel it, buy a sensable but nice car (Toyota FJ Cruiser completely decked out), spend my time making people rich who deserve it.

Pay off our debts, which is a mortgage and 1 year remaining on a car loan.
Buy land (50-100 acres) and build a nice, but modest house. 2,500-3,000 sq ft, 4-5 bedroom house.
Pay off any debts my mom & step dad, my dad, my father in law and mother in law may have.
Buy a couple of new cars for the wife and I.
Set aside enough money for the financial and educational future of our current kiddo and the potential other child we might have.
Invest and save.

Donate it all to scientology to become a level 8 scientologist. Only will need about 20,000,000 more to become level 9

EDIT:

If you are actually going to give 100 million out to somebody i would like to hcange to a more serious answer. I would do my best to help educate americans across the country.

I personally believe, that U.S. Americans, are unable to do so,because uh,some, people out there, in our nation don't have maps.and uh...I believe that our education like such as in South Africa, and the Iraq, everywhere like such as...and, I believe they should uh,our education over here,in the U.S. should help the U.S.or should help South Africa, and should help the Iraq and Asian ountries so we will be able to build up our future, for us.

Shake your hand and give you a big kiss, even if you are a male. :)

Help my son and his wife and twin toddlers recover from the devastating flood at their home. (Buy them a new one in a new neighbourhood) Provide for my grandchildren here and in Australia for their future educations. Build my parents a one floor home. Help family. I do not need anything for me, I like my house, I like my life, my vehicle is old but low mileage...maybe a pickup for dump runs or building supplies, buy some half decent paint for my artwork and an easel and some half decent brushes. Thank you immensely and continue to live my simple but peaceful life. Seriously I do not need change in my life, I would like to change the life of others.

I am retiring at 50 this June, so I do not need to quit. The 100 mil would seriously augment my good but not extravagant pension. I am being penalized monetarily for early retirement but am winning in terms of time to spend with family.

I'd do what all giant USA based corporations do. I'd first deposit it in an untraceable, by the US Government, reputable "off shore" corporate banking account with myself as the main account holder as CEO, and then convert it all to gold bars.

I would then sell the gold bars, as a foreign corporation, in another third world country and bank all of the proceeds in Swiss corporate accounts. To keep the income flowing I'd only pay myself five million a year as the CEO.

Of course my corporation would have to cover my yearly expenses of 5 million a year, which would be tax deductible as a corporate business expense. Corporations are not subject to the same rules and regulations of any tax code in the world that an individual is.

Quit working, then will buy an Island in Jumeira, a Veyron for starters and the most badass home theater system you've ever seen in your life. Probably will take a nice tour around the world and since I am single will do it with a superb top-model as companion, probably two or three. After a year I will be bored and will miss my family, so will move back to FL close to my loved ones, rent the Jumeira home to another rich guy and probably will sell the Veyron too. As for investments, will use some 40-50% of the original money in serious stuff and use whatever is left to fund and get involved in futuristic-tech projects which is my real passion... that and woodworking!
