Anyone else missing the "log Out" button on all pages but the Help page?

Deja vu goin on here. No, because it's still there. Scroll down the "Your Account" menu.

Hover over the arrow by where it says, "Hello, John Your Account". At the bottom of the drop down box, it will say, "Not John? Click here"

The menu text varies. It just does; why ask why.

Clicking either "Not [user name]?" or "Sign Off" will (supposedly) sign off the current user.

I think it changes based on your cached history of the last 30 sites you've visited, which Amazon pulls from your browser. For example, if you visit neimanmarcus's or tiffany's site, and then Amazon, the "Log Out" changes to "Leave this low rent jive store."

I could not find the "sign out" button either. It use to be right under "your account". I searched for a while until I found it under "help". Guess they don't want you to leave the site until you purchase something ;)

Is it bad to stay logged on? It's a pia to remember passwords.

guest, you can remember passwords if you think of an applicable sentence for each site. Such as for Amazon you could have: I spend too much money at Amazon, and change it over to: Is2mm@A

For somewhere else, maybe a doctor: My doctor appears to be well endowed, which would be:Mda2bwe

You can make them easy to remember and they would be hard for people or bots to guess.

BTW/ this isn't my Amazon password so don't bother trying to cracking my Amazon account.
