Every year I tell myself that I am going to buy a few things a month and be completely done by Thanksgiving so I can spend time doing other (more fun) things and avoid the big spending hit all at once....I never do it.

But thanks for the post to remind me of my poor planning that will inevitably come this year, too!

I only have two presents left to get. Unfortunately it's for the two hardest to shop for.

I'm done. Buying and wrapping. Still working on addressing cards.

Actually, it's because I have a holiday decorating business. I'm too busy around the holidays decorating other people's homes to work on my own holiday obligations. Finishing this early is the only way my family and friends receive anything, and I retain my sanity!

So sad! Christmas is about giving and getting together with loved ones.
Christmas tends to bring out the best in most of us. The wonderful thing about being a adult is that you can serve what you like..... Prime Rib for example. You may decorate as you wish.... Blue and silver is lovely. You do not have to watch those classic Christmas movies if you choose not to. YOU can make Christmas wonderful and exciting!

I completely lost track of time.
Good thing QVC & HSN reminded me it was Christmas.
Got my pre-lit tree & the pine scented candles.

Guess the HOT weather threw me off.

Funny! I need to get off of this iPad and turn on QVC! Why doesn't Amazon have Christmas in July? I mean.... Thank gosh Amazon doesn't
have Christmas in July!
