'Santa Baby' is grossly overplayed.

I would poke an angel's eyes out if it would stop LI'L DRUMMER BOY from playing. It's like okra-- it doesn't matter what you do to it, it's snot.

'O Holy Night' has to be my favorite Christmas carol. I get chills down my spine everytime I hear it.

Who took my panties, I have to agree!! ha ha!! I don't even know why I don't like it so much, maybe it is just so repetitive or something. I DO like most of them....even the odd ones (like I'm Gonna Lasso Santa Claus). Also, Mel Torme's version of Good King Wenceslas is awesome.

I suppose my favorite albums are:
Indigo Christmas
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Jazz Piano Christmas (even the Little Drummer Boy on this album is pretty good! :D)

The video to Bob Dylan's version of "Little Drummer Boy" is breathtaking. If it doesn't put a smile on your face and bring a tear to your eye, you are the true grinch.

Dylans is good but I love Bob Segers too! And the Bing Crosby/David Bowie mix one is super awesome!

I'm not thrilled with any holiday songs; could go the entire holiday season without hearing a one.
My absolute worst: 'The 12 Days of Guido Christmas', my favorite: 'Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer'.

Anything Rod Stewart sings (especially the one with Dolly Parton) Horrible!!! I like Rod and I like Holiday songs, just not together.

Really, I start to hate them all by the time Christmas rolls around. Not that they are bad, or anything. It's just that I've got a coworker who plays Christmas music on his computer starting before Halloween, and keeps playing it loudly, all day, every day, until well past New Years. It's just a constant cycle of the same songs, over and over and over and over again. I'm not a violent person, but the thought of murder has crossed my mind.

I gave up on 'traditional' holiday songs about 5 years ago. After so many years of those I couldn't listen one more time. I found TranSiberian Orchestra's 3 or 4 Christmas ~what shall I call them~operettas? I love them and play them every year.

I shouldn't admit it, but I've always sort of liked the Porky the Pig version of Blue Christmas.

Have to agree about Little Drummer Boy. That song is obnoxious.
