Why would anyone pick on 68% off a top of the line projector with a 3-star rating from Woot?

Nathan Deunk says:
A 25 watt incandescent bulb puts out ~250 lumens, so this is equivalent to a 6.25 watt bulb. I'll let you decide whether that's worth it.

That's never stopped you before.

All Trump says:
Also note, this DOES NOT come with the remote control mentioned in the description or shown in the picture of the guy giving the presentation. Seems a bit shady they're not more transparent about that. It seems you need to spend ~$300 before you start getting into any portable projectors with good reviews. You get what you pay for...

Please stop it. Both of you.

Regarding this deal -- I always know that when today's DoD begins "Special guest deal presented by our colleagues at Woot.com," it will turn out to be garbage. Like the sun rising in the east.

Woot stinks. But in this case, they seem to be selling something at a decent price, lack of watts notwithstanding:

The AAXA P4 series is 100 lumens, runs Windows CE so can run all those apps, includes mini keyboard/mouse, different models have VGA or mini HDMI or Wi-Fi, for $299.

Nowhere in the item description do they mention a remote, including the the "Included in box" section. I don't know what remote you're referring to. The picture, maybe? That's not a remote in the picture, it's the projector standing on-end next to a pen to show its size.

I had one and returned it- came with the old Apple connector, not the lightning connector- and the cord that would connect it to a laptop pc had been discontinued- and the adapter Apple had allowed audio to come through, but not video- not worth it! This is outdated!

You can NOT do incandescent to LED direct comparison due to LED light cannot be accurately measured in lumens.

I passed on this product after I checked out the one star reviews. Also, there is a remote sold separately on the 3M website. To see all of the accessories, scroll to the bottom of the page.
