Which low carb book of George Stella's to buy?

If you could only buy one of George Stella's low carb recipe books, which would it be? I am still learning to cook low carb. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I did get the Atkins new one but wanted some others which I did purchase but I came across George Stella's name and now that soy flour is mentioned, which I have never used. Though I've never used almond flour I did buy one. Can almond flour be substituted for the soy flour with the same measurements? I'm not familiar with either one of these flours.
