Does anybody know when (or, rather, if) Stephen King's "Pet Sematary" will be converted to the Kindle format? I am furthermore befuddled as to why this novel (and others such as Insomnia, etc.) has not been converted to the Kindle format yet.
-Thanks

Oh, I do apologize for my idiocy; I must have overlooked the fact that these novels are apparently unavailable to US citizens, and you are evidently a US citizen.

Yes I am, I guess you are not?

But you are posting on the U.S. Amazon, not the U.K. Amazon, which I believe has also.

This will take you to the Pet Sematary Kindle page for Amazon UK http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pet-Sematary/dp/B003BKZW4U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1292620738&sr=1-1

Actually, I am a US citizen...
So I am assuming you are feigning citizenship in other wheres as a US citizen?

Nope , in Ohio,U.S.A., just trying to dope out where you`re from since you couldn`t find the american version ,and it easy to find. That`s all . Thought you might be euro or others? Thats all.

Seriously - I don't see it...
I apologize for my insolence.

It is available to U.S. customers. I own it, bought it here. From the Stephen King Page. Just hit the Kindle books button, and look for it, plus I left the link above.

Wow, just checked, it isn`t now, but once was. I have it one Kindle.Did I buy while in London? Don`t remember now. There is a backway , I understand , to buy only on Amazon UK books. Maybe look that up and get it that way?

google the title and then ebook..if you find a pdf, then you can email it to your kindle address. instructions come in the manual already loaded on the kindle. for instance "the shining ebook" brings up a pdf file, then save it, and email it to your kindle free address. so far, i've found the shining and pet sematary for free as pdf files. just be sure to click on the google result that shows [PDF]. less risk for viruses that way.

Might also wanna use a program , such as calibre, even tho kindle reads pdf, to change it to mobi file. Seems to me, and might just be me, to be an easier read this way.

This is preposterous. The publishers are complete morons. Do they not realize how many sales they are losing from not selling this in the United States? I am so unbelievably angry!

FOUND A SOLUTION

I do not know why Pet Sematary isn't available for Americans. It doesn't make any sense whatever since it's an American author who wrote it, however I found an easy solution to the problem. In your account, change your country to the UK and make up a fake address. After that, go to amazon.com.uk and purchase it via their website!
