I'm concerned about using it in my Le Cruset cookware for fear of scratching the surface. Has anyone encountered this as a problem?
Don't think you need to worry about scratching cookware surface as the blades do not touch the either the sides or the bottom of the pot. When I use the blender, I keep the blade guarde pretty much off of the pot surface but even if you do touch a surface, it would not leave a mark. Enjoy
