To organize your uploaded Cloud Drive files on the Cloud Drive website, go to Amazon Cloud Drive and check the box next to each file you'd like to move. From the More Actions drop down menu, select Move item and choose the folder you'd like the file to be moved to.

To organize your uploaded Cloud Drive files using the Desktop Application, simply rearrange your files in the Cloud Drive folder on your computer.

How can I download files from Cloud Drive?

To download Cloud Drive files using the Cloud Drive website, go to Amazon Cloud Drive, check the box next to the file or files you want to download, and then click Download.

To download Cloud Drive files using the Cloud Drive desktop application, drag and drop the files from the Cloud Drive folder on your computer to the desired location.

How can I block Cloud Drive access from a corporate network?

Uploading or downloading from Amazon Cloud Drive uses DNS resolution of zcd-00.s3.amazonaws.com and streaming of music for Amazon Cloud Player uses DNS resolution of zcd-01.s3.amazonaws.com. To prevent access to Cloud Drive or Cloud Player, you can block these DNS resolutions.
