Purchasing cards ("P Cards") may be used to track purchases by cost center, billing code, purchase order, etc.
To pay with a purchasing card:
Use the Shopping Cart to place an order.
Assign the purchasing card as the payment method.
Enter the reference number when prompted.
Note:
Reference numbers can be up to 20 characters long.
Only one reference number can be assigned to each order; an order with multiple shipping addresses may have only one reference number associated with it. Separate orders are required if a unique reference number is needed for each shipping address.
