Same-Day Delivery Ordering Deadlines

When you order before certain cut-off times, your items will qualify for Same-Day Delivery and you receive your order on the same day by 9 p.m. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be delivered the next business day.

For Same-Day Delivery, you can usually order as late as the times below. Product detail pages will specify ordering deadlines for eligible items, which can be delivered up until 9 p.m. local time. If you don't see this information on the detail page, the order isn't eligible.

Delivery available on all 7 days in all cities except Boston. Boston has deliveries on all days except Saturdays. Eligible items ordered after the cut-off will be delivered the next day. Since Amazon delivers by 9:00 p.m. local time, commercial addresses should be able to accept packages as late as 9:00 p.m. Same-Day Delivery can't be used to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Note: If your zip code qualifies, you will see “Get it Today” and “Get it by Tomorrow” filters on Amazon.com, which allow you to filter your search results by same-day or next-day delivery. If you don’t see this information, make sure you are signed in to Amazon.com and have a default address set. If you still don’t see the filter, your zip code isn’t eligible.
