When you create your Wish List, you can choose to make it public. A public Wish List enables your friends and family to find your Wish List by searching for it. When you make your list public, any Amazon.com user can locate your list by searching for your last name or e-mail address. (Note: It can take up to 15 minutes for a Wish List to become searchable.)

If you choose to make your Wish List private, only you will be able to access it.

You can change the your public or private setting at anytime from your Wish List page.  Simply click the Make this list public button to make your Wish List searchable by anyone, or choose the Make this list private button to change a public list into a private list.
