When a Marketplace sale is made, Amazon.com sends a "Sold, Ship Now" e-mail to you and posts an entry to your Manage Your Orders tool in your Seller Account. Note: For any of your orders managed by Fulfillment by Amazon, we will not send a "Sold, Ship Now" e-mail.
The Manage Orders tool provides a customizable view of all your orders on all sales channels (for example, seller fulfilled or Amazon fulfilled). You can view all orders within a given date range or use Search and Advanced Search to filter on specific types of orders.
Note: You can ignore the "Shipment is late" status and the warning message if you have confirmed part of the order. The order will not be canceled.
The Manage Orders tool displays your orders list in a table. From this list, you can access the details necessary to fulfill the order. You also can download an Order report. Learn about Order Reports.
The following table contains definitions for each column in the orders list:
By default, the orders list displays all orders placed in the past 7 days, including cancelled orders. Cancelled orders are displayed in lighter text. You can sort by "Status" to find them more easily.
Click the "Total Unshipped: x orders" link on the right side of the page to view all of your orders that have not been confirmed as shipped. This displays all unshipped orders, regardless of whether the order is seller-fulfilled or Amazon-fulfilled (FBA). Alternatively, click the "Seller fulfilled pending: x orders" to view only unshipped orders that you will need to fulfill.See Search Orders to learn how to use both Search and Advanced Search.
To view the Order Details page for an order, click the Order ID in the Order Details column. From the Order Details page, you can perform the following jobs:
Amazon Webstore: The Sales Channel field displays the domain (URL) of the store on which the order was placed. Learn more about Amazon Webstore.
