What is Multi-Channel Fulfillment?
Multi-Channel Fulfillment is Amazon's service to enable you to fulfill
orders from sales channels other than Amazon.com (such as your company website) using the inventory
that you have stored in the Amazon fulfillment center.
With Multi-Channel Fulfillment, you can submit order fulfillment
requests to Amazon using either a simple Web form or a flat file upload
(for bulk requests).
When you submit fulfillment requests for Multi-Channel Fulfillment, you include the buyer's address, shipping instructions (including the
ship method/ship speed for Amazon to use), and even an optional customized note to the
buyer on the packing slip.
When using Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Amazon will charge you for the cost of shipping. Prices for Multi-Channel Fulfillment vary depending on

What is the minimum weight used for calculating shipping charges?
A product's weight is determined to the nearest ounce or 1/16 of a pound.
How are shipping weight fees determined?
Shipping weight fees are based on the greater of the shipping package's Amazon-determined scale weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height)/166, with all dimensions in inches.
What shipping options are available for Multi-Channel Fulfillment?
With Multi-Channel Fulfillment, you can request the order be fulfilled to your buyer using one of three shipping speeds: Standard delivery (1 day processing and 3-5 business days shipping), Two-day delivery, or Next-day delivery. (SeeSee Fulfillment Fees for Multi-Channel Fulfillment Orders)
Can I customize the Multi-Channel Fulfillment packing slip?
Yes. Multi-Channel Fulfillment offers Packing Slip Branding. Your customized packing slip is included in every order with your merchant name and information. (This program is in beta phase.) See

What type of box or packaging is used for Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders?
You have the option to have your Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders sent in
standard Amazon packaging that includes Amazon logos or in Brand Neutral (or
non-branded) boxes. Shipments using the Brand Neutral service are charged an
additional fee. See

How are returns handled?
For Multi-Channel Fulfillment, all returns and customer service are handled by you. Amazon will provide tracking numbers and return instructions at the discretion of the merchant. This may include directing the return to the merchant or an Amazon's returns facility. (This program is in beta phase.)
Can I request Cash on Delivery (COD) for Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders?
There is no support for COD.
How quickly are Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders processed?
We operate our shipping service relative to the delivery method you select for the customer. If you select second-day delivery on the Multi-Channel Fulfillment request, we will get the item picked, packed, and shipped to arrive no later than two days after you have submitted the fulfillment request. This may mean Amazon uses a variety of different shipping services to meet the deadline, but we do meet or exceed it. The cutoff time for order delivery is by 1 p.m. ET.
Where can I find tracking numbers for Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders?
Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders display the tracking information for the shipments to the merchant under Orders > Manage Orders. To go this page, click here.
How is Multi-Channel Fulfillment billed?
You must be registered for Fulfillment by Amazon to have Multi-Channel Fulfillment. During registration a credit card is requested. The credit card is billed for the fulfillment unless the seller has positive balance of outstanding sales revenue, in which case Multi-Channel Fulfillment fees will be subtracted from this balance.
How do I submit orders to Multi-Channel Fulfillment?
You can submit orders for Multi-Channel Fulfillment by creating a shipment using the Inventory Amazon Fulfills web form. From the pull-down menu in the All Inventory view, select "Create Fulfillment Order." Within this workflow, you can also upload a flat file for larger quantity orders.
Can I use my own boxes for Multi-Channel Fulfillment?
No. Amazon supplies the boxes used for all shipments.
Can I use Multi-Channel Fulfillment without listing my products on Amazon.com?
You can use Multi-Channel Fulfillment exclusively if you have a Pro Merchant account. When you list an item on Amazon.com, set the start selling date to a future date then convert the listing to "Fulfilled by Amazon" to create a shipment. Ship your inventory to FBA and when it's received into inventory, you can begin using Multi-Channel Fulfillment to fill your customer orders. See Use Multi-Channel Fulfillment Exclusively.
